Excellent collection of textbooks, great location right on 3rd street, this is an excellent bookstore and the customer service here is absolutely outstanding. The prices are what you would expect from a collegiate bookstore, nothing spectacular, and the parking can be problematic since it's right on 3rd and Jordan. Still though, it's an easy walk from any of the dorms, and it's better than the campus bookstore.

Tis is okay. Just okay. They probably are used to having a lock on the whole college books market. But now that you can get just about anything on the internet, they really need to step up and do something to make their store better. They are too crowded and too expensive in my opinion.

I got my books here one time, and I won't be going back. It's not that it's a bad store, or that they are overpriced or anything like that. Quite the opposite, actually. I was purchasing books, and I didn't think that the price that came up in the register was the correct price (and it turns out that it wasn't), and when I said that to the girl working there, she got very defensive about it and told me that I was wrong and that I didn't know what I was talking about. She brought a co-worker over, and they said they didn't know, so she then called a manager who did a price check. He told her that I was correct, and to change it, and when she started making faces at me and continuing to be outwardly rude, I just left and decided never to come back.
PROS: Nice store, nice prices.
CONS: Not so nice people.

If you can't find a book, and are too lazy to look on the internet for a used one, check this place out. My friend works there and he says it sucks, but what does he know.
