Pete's has been able to resolve any and all service issues with my Audi, so after 3 years they have more than proven themselves. They're approach to a total service provider has been great as I really prefer to have one repair shop I can trust take car of my car from A to Z and that's what they do. I heartily recommend Pete's to any and all they need their car serviced.

The staff at Pete's was very courteous and helpful to me. For example, I dropped my car off and they immediately took me home, and picked me back up when my car was ready. I have trouble walking so that was extremely helpful and kind. Big

We have been doing business with Pete's for over 2 years now, and we take both of our cars to them whenever service is needed. We have been treated like we were family and trust them completely with any service needed. It is difficult to find a shop and mechanic that you can trust these days, they have earned our loyalty and we would not even consider taking our cars anywhere else.

Pete's has high quality mechanics and their repair prices are substantially lower than the dealers. When ordering parts for my Saab they are always upfront about costs and I've never experienced any hidden fees or unexpected prices.

Pete's is a great family owned local business. I find them very knowledgeable in all aspects of any issues I've had with my Jeep Cherokee Limited. They have been timely and fair, the employees and staff are great.

I found Pete's on the Internet and I sent an email and they responded promptly and were very friendly. I made an appointment with Eric to talk about my ML350, there was good communication about the problem I had and how they planned to repair it. The price was affordable and they even helped me get a rental. I am very pleased overall and will tell my friends about the wonderful job and service here, thank you.

The staff and the customer service have been really great. The service I've receive is better than the Mercedes dealership, much higher. My only complaint is that you could not fix the battery light on my Mini.....but over all excellent and you have a customer for life.

I took my car to Pete's, because they were one of the only places open on a Saturday and my sun roof on my 2001 BMW 330I was open and wouldn't close. Since it was supposed to rain over the weekend, I had no choice but to try and get it closed. I dropped it off at Pete's on Saturday morning and they told me they would give me a call to let me know what they found. I had not heard from them at 12:45 p.m. (they close at 1:00 p.m.) so I called them. Todd proceeded to inform me that my car not only needed a new sunroof motor, but about $2,500 worth of additional service.

I found this to be very odd, because my car had just been in the shop and had a lot of work done (it was in a wreck, so the front end had gone through quite a bit of repair), including some of the things they mentioned. They said I needed new rear brake pads, a new control arm, etc., etc. When I saw the estimate, I went over to pick the car up because I simply couldn't justify putting that much money into it. The guy told me NOT to touch the sunroof whatever I did. They had cranked it closed, but he didn't want me messing with it, because it needed a new motor (or so he said).

After picking it up, I took it back to the place I had originally had work done. They just happened to be working that Saturday and when I showed them the estimate they were shocked and appalled. They tried the sunroof and guess what - it worked!!! They proceeded to tell me there is a reset button on it and that it just needed to be reset. They also proceeded to tell me that my rear brake pads still have 40% wear left on them and that my control arm was in good shape. Clearly, Pete's was a scam and was just looking for some extra $$$$.

Dropped off our 1998 S70T5 for a gas leak repair. Service that ended up costing > $525 was initiated before we called back 20 minutes after the initial vmail message left for us to ask for our input/authority. We had specifically mentioned to Joline that we would need the car by end of day Friday and to call before major work. Neither was accomplished. We picked up the car today after it took Volvo experts 4 hours of labor to remove/drop the gas tank down and reinstall in order to troubleshoot/repair the gas leak culprit...a $5 cracked hose. 4 hours! Seems excessive? The fuel pump was also replaced with 20 mos and 10k miles of wear on it. Very cautious seemingly. Pete's had installed the prior fuel pump 20 months earlier. The interior ceiling liner repair was referred onward to a Westfield company after Joline made it appear that it and my gas leak could both easily be accomplished at Pete's. Both were common problems that they handle. We were hoping to have both done conveniently at one place for one decent price. When we picked up the car today, it had 18 extra miles on it. Seemingly odd since the problem was a gas leak. What driving requirements were needed to confirm that the gas leak was repaired. Erik could only confirm that it isn't unusual for the mechanics to test drive the vehicles to make sure the problems are fixed. We would just like to know why 18 miles and what were they trying to confirm. No rattle to check. No braking/acceleration to check. Strange, huh? And, oh yeah, my 20 month old battery that hasn't presented any problems to date was practically dead when we picked up the cat this afternoon. We mentioned this to Erik also as soon as we got home while we quizzed him on the mystery 18 miles on the car. Now, 3 hours later at 830PM, since the car was slow to start on the pick up, we thought we would start it and let it run a little. No dice! Dead battery. Can you believe it? This is gone well past bad to worse. Just left a message at Pete's for Erik to either deal with this dead battery, Pete's problem, not ours. It is their choice. If they choose to ignore it, they will never see us, our friends, or our family at Pete's again. Regardless, quite honestly, we might not be back. At the end of the day, an honest explanation and a new battery are required. 4 hours to solve a gas leak? A replacement fuel filter at 20 mos? No return call confirmation before work was started? 18 miles to test drive a gas leak repair? a suddenly dead 20 month old battery? If this wasn't so funny, we would cry.

May the force be with you if you take your vehicle to Pete's!! For $500 I got a fuel filter I didn't need, a gas leak repaired that I did need but three days late and the interior ceiling liner left untouched/unrepaired, 18 mystery miles and a dead battery.

-after service was completed they charged me $10 for fuel to drive the car around. Also, a 7% supplies charge!

-First off, i remember looking at the gauge while driving there and there was a quarter tank (no need for more fuel), the guy gave me a old looking receipt with the day's before date. i showed him and he said "oh ok" and rummaged in a bag and pulled out one with today's date. I just had a WTF look on my face and paid the stupid ten bucks. when i left there was less than quarter tank...

-I had my BMW aligned by them. I installed all new suspension components myself. I know there is nothing needed but the machine and the tools they already have and will continue to have to do the alignment. so i asked what supplies could have costs $7.14? He said "everywhere charges this, it is for supplies to do the job." I said " isnt that what should be included in with the 100 dollars you are charging me?" I paid the stupid $7.14....

- to my surprise the car drove GREAT, i assume those extra charges give them the motivation to do their job correctly and timely i might add.

- the good with them is that they did my alignment the next day and had it done by 3pm.

-If you take your car there, bring it there with a full tank of fuel and ask what supplies will need to be used to do the job that will only be used this one time!!

Rude, full of lies and promises that are never kept. Take my advice - avoid going to Pete's unless you are looking for additional problems with your vehicle. i have had issues with the cost and quality on every appointment I have had.

I just took my Porsche 911 Carrera 4 in to get it fixed at Pete's Service. They were amazing, the techs were very smart and actually taught me a thing or two about my Baby!!! I will most defiantly bring my car there for regular check ups and especially this summer. We also brought in my wife's RX 350 and she also enjoyed her experience. She felt like they actually cared about both our car and her well being. I never thought I would be so excited about having our very own personal auto repair center. Lastly thanks to Eric the General Manager and the rest of the front office for always making us feel like Family :-)

I was a first time customer at Pete's, and I must say that I was very nervous going in after just coming from the dealership with an estimate over $2,000!!! But Pete's put me in a rental car at no cost to me and shortly after was given an estimate for $1,500 not only that but they fixed my headlight free of charge! Highly recommended professional service at a fair and reasonable price.

I have a 1991 Volvo that I've taken to Pete's several times. The guys there are very nice and I think they do good work. That being said, they do not have the facilities to handle the volume that they deal with. The lot is always full of cars waiting to be worked on, which bodes well in the sense that clearly many people with expensive imports trust them; however, this also means that they are very very very slow. They worked on my transmission and had my car for 5 weeks. Recently, my car was broken into and I needed a window replaced. I could have gotten the window taken care of quickly at a glass place, but I trusted Pete's and wanted them to work on the car. Finding the glass took several days, which I can understand. When they called me to tell me that they had the window, they said they'd start working on the car and have it done the next day. Two days later, I haven't heard from them, so I call to ask what the status was. I was then told that they just got the glass that day, but they wouldn't be able to get to it for several more days. I have taken my car to Pete's several times, but never had they had the car for less than a week, even for simple repairs. For the price they charge for labor, this slowness is simply not acceptable. I will not be taking my car back to Pete's.

"I had a very positive experience with these guys. Pete is very knowledgeable and patient. Once, after a 90k service that they had performed, a "checked engine" light came on. I brought the car in and it was a EGR valve (which is not a part of the service), but they fixed it with no charge." ?? (name withheld by request)

My husband has a vintage Mercedes. We took the car to Pete's because it was close to our home. They were very nice, and tried to fix it, but the repair people had absolutely NO clue how to fix the car. And to make matters worse, they kept trying new things, which didn't fix the car, but ratcheted up the repair price - finally we just took the car away with no repairs. As a matter of fact it was worse. Do NOT give your car to Pete's unless you have a fairly mainsteam automobile, or make it clear that you will not pay for anything unless it fixes the car.

Petes Service Center has the best customer service of any other service center around. It is very small, but it works to their advantage by allowing for a more personalized customer experience. Everytime I call they either get me in that day or the very next. Most places have at least a one week (if not a two week) wait. They service my vehicle promptly and give me honest answers as to what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. The prices also seem reasonable, especially for an import vehicle.
