Putman Plumbing has always done a fine job for us. They are knowledgeable and can be relied on to give you honest advice. Join their Gold Program ($50/year, I think) and you pay a discounted, pre-set rate for all services. Plus, $5 is credited to your account every month you're a member of the program. You can apply this to future plumbing bills. They work from a rate chart, so you always know ahead of time what you're going to be paying.
PROS: Honest plumbers; wear dust booties inside and clean up after themselves.
CONS: None that I can think of.
