Fu Shing Cafe

One way I judge a Chinese restaurant is how busy they are and Fu Shing is usually very busy. They have excellent Chinese dishes, my favorites being their duck and the whole fish. It is hard for me to pick favorites because they have some many goodies to choose from. The sushi is average or a little better than average, but I usually only get that as a complimentary dish or appetizer as the Chinese food here is what brings me back again and again. I have eaten here a dozen times or more and have never been disappointed with the food. They can get a little busy, so service may not be as rapid as you like, but if you are not in a rush to get in and out, this is the Chinese restaurant for you. The other way I rate a Chinese restaurant is the ratio of Chinese customers, which at this place is 75% or more. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I love this place! They have great Chinese food! You get a lot of food for a great value. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place!
