No complaints at att. They are absolutely exceptional and exceeded my sons expectations. Within 1 hour I had my basement windows replaced.

Had the worst experience with Henderson Glass of Wixom in Michigan. Firstly, they had to make multiple visits to our house because they blamed us for not describing the mirror well enough and kept pushing back when they were going to take the mirror out. Then, they at first quoted us $200 to remove the mirror and then raised it to $600 after seeing that the mirror was a hazard and needed to be taken down soon. My family ended up taking the mirror down for $40 from a different contractor. Lastly, when we were communicating with the receptionist at the Wixom location, she was the most disrespectful and angry lady, yelling at me for saying I was unhappy with their service. Overall a miserable company to work with and really only out to make money no matter the cause.

I've had a few things done at this Henderson Glass and they have always been able to get me in and out quickly and the work has always been top notch!

We have only used them once but if I ever have a need for a window replacement again I will go here. We stopped in to see about setting up an appointment and they said they could take us right then. We paid no deductible and they tool all the insurance information and handled it for us. The job was done well and quickly. They also had a very nice clean waiting area.

We always use Henderson Glass because the service is quick and the job is well done. If you bring in any coupon from any glass co they will take off the deductable. They also deal with your insurance co and you don't have to do anything.
