Great Southern Mortgage Corp

Great Southern Mortgage has been around in Raleigh for years. I have used them for 4 first mortgages and they have proven to be honest professionals I can trust. I have never had any issues with closing, surprises, extra costs, etc. They have pretty good relationships with some of the area's big realtors, so they are relatively large. They aren't much on second mortgages unless it's tied into a first.
