They fixed a necklace, that was purchased there 7 months ago, that had a loose link for no charge. Also, I was looking for a watch for my husband. They had the lowest price in town for that same watch. (I checked all the stores - Sears, Penneys, Wimmers, Helzberg, the watch kiosk in the mall, Kohls, etc. - so I am being exact and not exaggerating). They adjusted the band right then, cleaned my husband's old watch band for free, and did a complimentary gift wrap. Nice to have that kind of service available.

I've been wanting to get my ring sized for a long time but hated to part with it for several days while they send it out to get it sized. Also, I was afraid of someone switching the diamond to one of a less quality. At Riddles, they have the jeweler right there who can do the sizing for you. I only had to wait an hour while the job was getting done, and it fit perfectly! I'm very happy with the job well done.
