Wayne Auto Spa

I have been going to Wayne Auto Spa on the monthly platinum plan since mid July. I was satisfied with the service. I purchased the monthly auto-renewable plan for approximately 75.00 a month (Platinum). As of August 12th, I paid the fee on my credit card. A couple of days later, I informed the clerk at the desk that I would not need the September to October plan and to please suspend it for that month, since I would be away for most of it. I told her I intended to renew the plan when I returned. I returned to have my car washed on the 30th of August. I was informed that my plan was cancelled, which was NOT my intent. On top of that they washed my car without my permission while I went into the shop to straighten the problem out. The owner was very rude and told me I had not cancelled in time. I informed him I did not want to cancel and that I still had until Sept 12th to use the current plan that I had paid for. By then they had washed my car and then charged me full price for a platinum wash. The owner then proceeded to sit in my car and attempt to impound it because I did not want to pay for a wash that should have been included in that month's plan. He then would not let me pay with another credit card and insisted on cash. These are disreputable, rude and deceptive business practices and I intend to call the bank to register a charge of business fraud against my account. Suffice to say, with practices like that, they won't be in business very long. The owner reminds of the proverbial hardware store proprietor that is going out of business; he starts blaming the customers.

The Wayne Auto Spa is the best car wash around. They give one of the most thorough car washes, not only exterior but the interior. The clean the every square inch inside. They always have enough help to process the cars and each person pays special attention to your car. Haven't had a bad car wash yet from this place. don't fool around and have it done right.

Great prices, great service, good package deals. They do a thorough job, and they are great with an oil change and quick lube, tire rotations and more. I've been going here for years, and the fact that they are also entirely environmentally friendly is a HUGE plus!

I've been to this place four times and have been very happy with the job they do. My car is clean & shiny -- and they even use air guns to blow water out of the mirrors and seams. I've never seen that before.

They also had a great newspaper article about them on the wall. The reporter said that these guys run on solar generated electricity. They also recycle waste oil by using special furnaces that can burn the oil to heat the place.

The prices are in line with the other places I've been to around here, so I keep coming back because they do more and they are very environmentally friendly. Pretty cool.
