Bad service, bad attitude. They are only good if everything goes well. We have used them for years, and slowly their service has gotten worse. Our opening was so bad the pool isn't even working (almost everything is new!), and they did the service super fast while skipping many steps. Now it's a tough road to get any customer service. They just aren't good anymore.

Seems like all the pool company's have problems any advice for someone wanting to put in an inground pool? Who is the best? Just came back from quote from Budds & hard sale not impressed. Thanks!

We purchased an inground pool from Budds two years ago. Our salesman, unknown to us, was the owner Randy Budd. Th entire price for the pool and spillover hottub was approximately $45,000, with the promise that this would be the last pool we would ever need to buy. Since the pool was installed we have had nothing but problems. Every issue we have Budds is unwilling to resolve., if they can find the time to return our calls. Recently our spillover hottub lifted up out of the ground, through the concrete. Budds service department told us that they were not responsible for the damage and that the repairs would cost us over $6100.00. The pool is only 2 years old. So much for Randy Budd's promises of backing his product. My recommendation is to think twice before you purchase anything from this company.

We purchased an above ground pool from Budd's two years ago. The service we received during the entire process was unbelievable. We continue to use Budd's for all our pool needs.

Last year we could always count on Budd's pools to have the supplies that we need. We had purchased our above ground pool there years before - they still remembered our names!

We went to get shop the price for an inground pool this past summer. They have so many options but our sales guy took the time to explain all of our options and answer all of my silly questions. No pressure sales technique. I can't say the price was better as we haven't shopped around yet.

As a Vietnam Vet and a Union worker I am about as "All Amercian as I can be" I just had my new In the ground pool completed and was purely taken for a ride about how Budd's Pools are the "All American Builder" only to find they are the "All Mexican Builder" the process was somewhat smooth ( Some delays) but I couldn't understand not one thing going on out in my yard, I tried to explain some things I wanted done and had some questions only to realize I didn't speak a lick of Spanish. Now there's not really anything wrong with that except for the fact that this day & age so many of our real American country men are out of work. Now Shame on you Tom for selling me on the All American Way, when you clearly don't know what that really means. Shame on you all. Keep Amercia Running! Keep this message understood.

The man who comes out to measure and sell you on liner/pool ect.. is really great! He is very confident in his company and work. I had about 12 different people here giving me estimates and I recommend Budds.
Friendly, reliable and quick service.
The gentleman Anthony, who was the service technician, was wonderful. He gave me some tips after he repaired the hot tub. He even had the parts with, and finished the repair on the spot!!! I was extremely impressed by Budd's Pool Co.
On time, accurate, fair price, performed work in the time frame they gave me. An excellent experience.
Came within 2 business days of my request called to make appt within 24 hours super friendly spa repairman gave advice for all my questions. I called two other companies that previously did work for me and hadn't heard back from them
I gave them a call and described the problem I was having the guy suggested it could be leaves in the motor and he was right. He even suggested me bring the motor in to save money.
Budd's people were very professional and the job was completed quickly. They cleaned up after at the end of each day and the new liner and saltwater system are working great. I would recommend them for any type of pool work.

They gave me an accurate writtten estimate and showed up on time to do the job. All work was thoroughly explained.
On time, excellent service
Budd's Pool were great to work with from the moment they called to set up the appointment. Cheryl who set the appointment up was very helpful in giving suggestions on where to find the access panel to the tub (it was tiled in). Once I pried the access panel open I gave them a call and we set up an appointment. They called on Friday to give me a time range for Monday. Anthony arrived promptly and was extremely professional and nice. He corrected the problem with the tub and ran the tub for a period of time to make sure the problem didn't reoccur. Anthony was great in dealing with the tub, a pesky dog and a curious child!

Bad services, rude, bad job, even the manager. They replaced the liner for my inground pool, the job was so bad, I tried to call the manager many times, left him a message, He didn't even returned my call, I went to the store, they told me that they send somebody out within a week which they never did.
