My husband and I were married at Emerald at Queensridge on December 11, 210 and we loved every moment of it. Emerald was not only a beautiful place to get married, but they took care of everything. We were very pleased with the food, dj, and staff. Emerald has a wonderful groom??s room and the most spectacular bridal suite for the bride to get ready. The photography is amazing and our wedding photos are perfect. They have so many options for the dcor that the possibilities are endless. I can seriously say that we had a fairy tale wedding.

Emerald at Queensridge was wonderful! Being a same sex lesbian couple, our options were limited to where we could have our commitment ceremony to begin with. We wanted something private, quiet, personal, where we could have the ceremony

Emerald at Queensridge was the perfect choice for my dream wedding. The service was outstanding. I got so many complements on the location, the venue, the food, the photobooth, the Chocolate fountain. It was the most beautiful, fun day of my life. I would change nothing about it. I would strongly recommend this location.

Summer Wedding 2010
After looking at many different wedding venues, we fell in love with Emerald; booked our date over a year in advance. The staff was so friendly. Location-AWAY from LV Strip because we live here, but in Summerlin away from the casinos; in a great location. We had a fabulous wedding in this summer and a little over 100 guests, but this place is huge. Beautiful LED lighting accented the reception. This place has everything that you need- all in once venue with the ceremony and reception in one place, catering the food, open bar, on site photographer, on site DJ , and sweet Reverend Billitari married us. This is a great place to have basically everything you need for the price. You get an engagement photo session and every year and a complimentary photo session on your yearly anniversary. We were able to try the food for a tasting before the wedding and had a practice wedding rehearsal a few days before. Photos turned out beautiful and even received a photo book to keep forever!

We just got married on 10/28/10. We shopped around at many different places to start, from golf courses to other venues. A friend of ours mentioned how beautiful Emerald Gardens is, so we checked it out & let me tell you we were breathtaken by its beauty. The size, the modern design, the location, etc. were unbelievable. We booked the "all inclusive" deal, which was a little pricey for us, but we wanted something special for our day & for our local guests as well as our out of town guests. It was well worth it & every one of our guests loved the place. Be aware though if you add anything to the all inclusive deal which has tax & gratuity included, you will have to pay tax & gratuity on the additions. We had to pay gratuity on self serve cheese, crackers, & fruit. Maybe this is normal, but we thought if it wasn't being served, we shouldn't have to pay gratuity. We attended a few of their open houses to try the food & thought it was just okay (my wife works as a cook), & heard from someone else that the food wasn't that good. Well, on the day of the wedding we were pleasantly surprised. We had a buffet, but had the head table served. Our (bride & groom) meal was presented on beautiful rectangular plates & the food was excellent ( much better than we expected). All of our guests kept complimenting us on how good the food was. We chose the asian flank steak, teriyaki chicken, glazed carrots, & mashed potatoes.
We also want to mention how attentive everyone was to our needs. Devon was wonderful the entire time (he even helped with my bustle). The camera crew made sure to ask me if there were any pictures they might have missed. Our DJ was suppose to be Larry & we had Wes (not sure what happened there), but he was very cordial & willing to do whatever we wanted.
Anyone looking for a cool favor, order the photo booth. It was tons of fun for all of our guests & kept everyone busy while we were getting our pictures taken. The bride & groom get a copy of all the pictures that are taken to put in a scrapebook. It was real fun looking at all the crazy pictures the day after the wedding.
Regarding rehearsal, we would have liked to do a run through for the reception (timeline of events) so we were more prepared as to how the night would go. It was over in a flash & wished we had more time.
One more thing, a shout out to Renee, Leon, & Vanessa who were all great during the past year of our planning.

Emerald at Queensridge is a wonderful place to hold your wedding. The venue is beautiful and classy. You won??t even feel like you are in Vegas because of the beautiful palm trees and the upscale community. You will find Emerald??s to have everything you need. They took care of our photography, catering, cake, DJ, coordination and more. It was a one-stop shop.

Because Emerald at Queensridge is a venue especially designed for weddings, you will find that they are attentive to details and they remember even the little things that you may have forgotten about. This is especially nice because you want to enjoy your family and friends on your special day.

Your dreams will come true if you have your wedding at Emerald at Queensridge. Three key themes that describe our experience: minimal stress, beautiful day and perfect!

Our wedding was held at Emerald at Queensridge (aka Emerald Gardens) in Summerlin on April 28th 2010. What can I say? This place is first class all the way! For those unfamiliar with anything outside of the strip or the casinos, you probably won??t have any idea about this place. But if you??re looking for a classy, elegant, all in one solution for your special day without the din of slot machines or worrying about your guests skipping out on your reception for some extreme casino action, look no further! My wife and I must have looked at a dozen venues here and while they were all beautiful, most were connected to a hotel/casino. As Vegas locals, the last thing we wanted to deal with was some over priced, smoky, and impersonal resort/hotel/casino where we??d have to fight through all the drunken tourists on our special day. One of the many wonderful things about Emerald is that it??s NOT connected to a hotel/casino and you can have an elegant event without all the trappings of a typical Vegas wedding. The staff at Emerald literally took care of EVERYTHING from beginning to end. You won??t be stuck dealing with some faceless corporate entity. Everyone from the owners on down the line will personally work together with you taking care of every last detail ensuring your special day goes without a hitch while standing ready to adjust and accommodate your personal tastes and wishes. As for the location, leave the crazy strip behind for the day and venture out to the Beverly Hills of Las Vegas. Summerlin is the personification of luxury with opulent mansions, miles of golf courses and first class shopping without the pricey overhead of the mega resorts. Not to mention it??s about 10 degrees cooler than the strip. Summerln is also located at the foot of the breathtaking natural beauty of Red Rock Canyon. Of course, you??re always a short hop to some of the most luxurious hotels and resorts the city has to offer. But don??t take our word for it. Give Emerald a call and find out for yourself why this is fast becoming one of the most popular and in demand venues in the Las Vegas valley.

Review of Emerald at Queensridge (EQ)
891 South Rampart, Las Vegas, NV 89145-4826, (702) 242-5700

From my very first meeting with EQ to our grand exit and beyond, I have never met such professional, wonderful, genuine, and compassionate people as Renae and Leon of Emerald at Queensridge. I was known as ??Princess,? from Leons first words to his last. During the tour, Leon gave me more information then I could have asked for, and with a bit of humor too! This made me feel comfortable. Every step in the EQ process was done so perfectly, that on my wedding day, I lounged around in the upstairs bridal suite with not a worry on my mind. I was able to enjoy every precious moment with my girls, mom, and kids. Speaking of bridal suite, ??WOW? is the only word that comes to mind. My girls were spaced out with separate vanity areas for getting ready; they had plenty of time and were extremely comfortable. The staff at EQ was there every moment to make sure we had anything and everything a bridal party could ever want. The room was breath taking and the memories created there will never be forgotten.

Being that we live in Las Vegas, we wanted our wedding to not feel like a Vegas wedding, and EQ was the perfect place. Lots of beautiful scenery, trees, grass, waterfall, and of course the Red Rock Mountains peaking over the backdrop. EQ coordinated a day/night wedding based on the timing of the sun, so I would walk down the aisle in daylight and back down at night. The trees and outside courtyard lit up so elegantly that the final photographs were one of a kind. This would not have happened if Leon and his staff did not care so much.

Since photography is the base of EQ, our wedding photos were beyond perfection, with variety and every moment captured as if they never took their finger off the camera trigger. Photos I would have never thought to take were taken because of the creative minds of Leon and his staff. Such photos as an over the staircase group dance floor shot which showed everyone who attended our wedding all in one photo, and we can not forget the crazy bridal party shot and beautiful ring photography. We now have 1500 photos to recapture our special day and share for a lifetime!

The staff at EQ is amazing, and now greets me by name whenever I come by for business, photo shoots or questions, it is like I gained an extended family, and a wonderful one. However, it was Leon and Renae who not only made our wedding magical and perfect, but they treated me as if I were their only daughter, one who deserved the world, and the world is what they gave me. I can never repay EQ for making our special day one to remember for a lifetime. I recommend anyone who wants a perfect, unforgettable, beautiful, non-Vegas wedding in Vegas to check out EQ before making that tough decision.

My husband and I married at Emerald@Queensridge May 22, 2010. I am not very good at event planning and was looking for a "package deal" to reduce stress with vendors, dj's, etc. Emerald was the perfect place for me. The staff is so great. They work with every and any questions and requests that you may have. They provided their own food (made fresh in house!), dj, officiant/pastor, standard decorations/linens/chair covers, cake, and standard bar in my package deal. I simply provided a music playlist, picked out the menu items we wanted, added a few decorations to the room. That was it! The owners are also professional photographers, so engagement and wedding pictures were taken care of through Emerald as well. The only vendor I booked was videography.

We received so many compliments on how organized, timely, and simply beautiful my wedding was. I've heard nightmare stories of the events of the day being out of sequence or the dj messing up or the food tasting like cardboard. The food was great, as we had both chicken breast and steak, the cake was moist and delicious, the dj was great and moved the entire day along smoothly. Thanks for giving me such a beautiful wedding guys!!!

I married at Emerald Gardens in June 2010. All was fabulous! Food, music, reverend, photography, and bridal suite were great! I liked the all in one stop shopping. We did not have to deal with outside vendors much. The only drawbacks: bathroom in groom's suite's bathroom had a smell coming from the drain, pictures are great but expensive, and outdoor chairs used in pictures were plastic- need an upgrade. I would highly recommend EG to anyone despite these issues. I was very pleased overall!

I had my wedding at the Emerald at Queensridge on April 10th 2010. Not only was it a Gorgeous wedding, but it has been talked about from all of my guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The room is done up so beautifully and they just added a light system and drapes from the ceiling. The food was outstanding and the service was great. Because this is a 5 star wedding site i have to be honest with some things that i was not thrilled with. First being the photography...The pictures turned out PERFECT that wasnt the problem it was the pictures they did not take that i was unhappy with. I did not get formal pictures with me and my bridesmaids individually and i didn not get one formal picture with my ushers in it. I also did not get a FULL group picture of the entire wedding party of everyone who walked down the isle. My other problem with my photography was they did not go around and take ANY pictures of my tables and my guests. I couldnt believe they did not go around and take pictures of the tables!!! although, the pictures they did take turned out beautiful i still am unhappy with the pictures i will never have. also, you are paying a lot of money for a wedding i think the $1000 for negatives is a bit pricey being i was never told the package didnt come with your pictures.

besides the frustration with the photography i have to say it was an outstanding place to get married. it was beautiful and the most magical day of my life. I wish it didnt go so fast!!! The staff was easy to work with and it really is like a one stop shop. They making planning a wedding very easy.

Pros: great venue!!!

Cons: Missing pictures

Our wedding at Emerald was a month ago and we had a wonderful time. Prior to the wedding they were very helpful when planning the event and made sure the day went off smoothly. Even though we were out of town they made sure we didn't have any concerns.

The staff was very accommodating and were professional making sure our guests had a great time. We had many compliments about the location and you can tell they care a lot about the venue as they are continuing to improve it - the new drapes from the ceiling were a great addition!

The base package covered most of our needs so we didn't have to contact a lot of other vendors.

A great place and a wonderful team. Highly recommended

I only had my wedding ceremony at Emerald and let me tell you walking down that aisle, I felt like a princess! It was one of the most beautiful sites I'd seen. We got married right at twilight and the lights on all the trees and the hurricanes along the aisle truly made the night magical! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting! Thanks Emerald for a perfectly magically evening.

We held our wedding reception at Emerald at Queensridge. The venue was even more beautiful than I thought it would be on the day of our wedding. It exceeded our expectations. Vanessa was so nice and helpful on the day of the event and the staff was courteous and professional. It made it easy having a package that included the venue, photography, DJ & catering. DJ Brian did what we asked and managed to get everyone out on that dance floor. It was great streaming the music outside in that beautiful patio. People were dancing outside as well. The food was delicious and the photos came out great. We received a lot of great comments from our friends and family about the venue. Thanks to all who helped make our day so special!

Every girl dreams of the day she will get married and plans it in her head over and over hoping every last detail will be perfect . . . . A dream come true. That??s exactly what my wedding was. It was amazing and everything I could ever want. The location was breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I could not have asked for a better wedding. I had everything from a beautiful bridal sweet to get married where they served champagne and o??devours, tons of professional photography, snow on our first dance as husband and wife, incredible filet for dinner, and finally an unforgettable goodbye escorting us out to our limo. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the future. Thank you so much for helping me and creating my perfect wedding!

This was a dream wedding like what you see on a reality show! If you are looking for the perfect outdoor wedding then this is it. We had our Ceremony as the sun set and it was breath taking. The water from the pond at the gazebo set the mood just right. Our family and friends really liked the food.
I love the reception hall because of it having plenty of room for guests and especially the high ceiling. The twinkling lights on the trees were also most memorable. We love this place and you will too.

Everything all started with the greeting as we entered the business. Every member was completely professional and seemed pleased to be a part of our day. Made planning simple. The package was great as they have their own photographers on their staff which take TONS of pictures and their own DJ who was a pleasure working with. As part of our package, an album was included and is beautiful. The setting in the courtyard was amazing and the reception, which had superb meals, to follow made the perfect completion to our perfect day. I'd like to thank the ENTIRE staff for making our day without any stress and for making our whole wedding a complete success.

Emerald at Queennsridge is an amazing venue. My husband and I fell in love with the space. The outside ceremony area is really unique and the inside reception area is a great space- I was initially concerned that it was too big, that my 50 guests would be lost in such a large area, but it ended up being a great, intimate evening and the space felt just right. When making the decision, the only drawback was the price, but to save money would have meant going to a cheaper place, and we decided that you get what you pay for and those other places looked and felt cheaper and we were willing to pay for the classy, elegant wedding that we wanted. We do not regret that at all.

The staff was very helpful throughout the process. The day of the wedding our wedding coordinator, Vanessa, was very sweet, calm and organized.. She took care of everything- when a groomsman??s button popped off right before the ceremony, she had it sewn on and back to him in no time. The bridal suite was amazing to get ready in- it was great to be at the venue and to just play all day- the hair and makeup people also really liked the space and set up. We did however, have to pay $150 to come in early (you get the 3 hours before your event for free), even though there was not anything else scheduled earlier in the day. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was great- the food was delicious (we chose the brisket- very, very tender, and the herbed chicken which had an amazing cream sauce- yum!) Also we loved that we got served the food in really beautiful presentations while everyone else got to get what they wanted at the buffet. The lighting, tables and general ambiance were lovely.

The photography was great. I had a really specific idea of what I wanted and I emailed Jesus, the photographer, certain poses, and he had the list and made sure to get every shot that day. The photos were amazing. They took over 1500 pictures of the day, and we really, really liked them. They are quite expensive to order, but that is true of most photography studios.

The only problem that we had was with the DJ, Brian, who was unprepared and made some rude/ inappropriate comments to us and at the reception. We expressed our concerns to the owners, had a meeting with everyone, and we feel that he understands what our concerns were and that it will not happen again. Just make sure that he understands exactly what you want at your reception (are you ok with being in the middle of a dance circle and having your guests come and dance with you to ??She??s a Super Freak??) and what kind of music you want played. There are other DJs that are available through his company if you do not have a good feeling when you meet him. We did not know that when we met with him.

Overall, we had an amazing wedding and are so, so happy that we chose this venue. Everyone was impressed and I have heard multiple times from guests that it was one of the best wedding they have ever been to. Everything was taken care of for us, and it was a very impressive and elegant event.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service we received from the staff at Emerald at Queensridge. On our wedding day it started to rain so our ceremony had to be moved indoors. The staff took care of every detail and made the ceremony absolutely wonderful and my husband and I didn't have to stress about any details as they were all taken care of. The food was absolutely fabulous and everyone had plenty to eat. After our wedding we had troubles with one of our vendors and called the staff at Emerald at Queensridge and they made a call to that vendor and our problem with them was resolved within hours. The customer service that they provide is the best! I would recommend Emerald at Queensridge to anyone who is serious about having the best wedding ever!

This location was amazing, and the staff was professional and efficient. My husband and I married there in November and everything was perfect. The staff will make your wedding day as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this venue for anyone marrying in Vegas. It is pricey, but eventually worth it.

Emerald at Queensridge is by far the best wedding venue in Vegas. I was married here in June, and it was all that I could've ever wanted for my wedding. After looking into several other Vegas venues, I realized that classiness is hard to find in a touristy town like Vegas. This place is definitely FULL OF CLASS. All of our out of town guests were especially impressed with their beautiful setting & ammenities. The staff made everything extremely effortless and the wedding basically planned itself with their help. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception was a total blast, and the photographs were amazing. We had over 1100 to choose from. I would also like to point out that while they offer plenty of upgrades at a charge, this venue is so beautiful that you can still have a beautiful wedding without paying for any extras. You will not regret having your wedding here. (PLUS, some of our guests are still raving about the food - it was awesome!)

You will not find a classier venue in Las Vegas for your wedding. The staff made planning the wedding a breeze, and were so very helpful with every small detail. I got married her Sept.12 and it couldn't have gone better. We didn't have to worry about anything they took care of everything. The only down fall I can come up with is the photography. The pictures are VERY expensive especially after spending
$20,000 on the wedding and reception. The staff was awesome and I couldn't have asked for more. I you have a choice I would suggest planning with Foiana she was the best.

I got married at Emerald at Queensridge on October 26th. The location is absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony in their courtyard which looked spectacular. It looked just like the picture on their web site, which was a plus and what I liked most about Emerald. The reception site was gorgeous and nicely arranged to my liking. The food was good - better than I expected. The staff was just great. And I really like their bridal and groom suites. They were so convenient and well furnished. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I was quite impressed. Everything turned out better than I thought it would be. It was a great place.

The food was good - better than I expected. The staff was just great. And I really like their bridal and groom suites. They were so convenient and well furnished. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I was quite impressed. Everything turned out better than I thought it would be. It was a great place.

My husband and I just got married at Emerald at Queensridge, formerly known as Emerald Gardens. What a beautiful site! The outside courtyard and gazebo was absolutely beautiful, with magnificent landscaping. This is a true Cinderella setting in Las Vegas! Every interaction with staff member was great. Every step of the way the staff was there to assist us- as well as put up with all the anxiety that is experienced when planning a wedding. On our wedding day, everything went perfectly. When our cake was delivered by a vendor of our choosing, Renae ( one of the owners) noticed there was a problem with the cake. She immediately contacted our cake vendor and it was rectified immediately. If it hadn't been for her close attention to detail , the cake would have collapsed. We had a fabulous buffet including Asian flank steak and lemon chicken which were outstanding. The chef decided to add another vegetable to add more variety to the buffet. This greatly added to the menu that we offered and went above and beyond what would have been expected as "great" service. I must also add that this decision was made on the wedding day, hours before the meal. We were not charged a dime for this last second addition to our menu. Both of the owners, Renae and Leon were at our event the entire time. They were constantly checking on the event, to make sure that nothing was overlooked.

There was never a moment in which we felt pressured to do anything other than the way we wanted it to be. We decided to go with all of the Vendors that they had recommended and were not disappointed. I can't rave enough about the quality of service provided to us by the package of vendors that were put together by them.

We were so happy with the way our wedding was handled from start to finish, that we have already booked another party in September, 2009. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful experience, and one of the most memorable days of our lives!

My wedding here was absolutely beautiful. I do not have a single complaint about the planning process or the actual day. The only thing that I disliked was the photography. For a company that has built their business on photography I expected my photos to be amazing. They were mediocre and generic at best. I thought my friends and family members did a better job taking pictures. The other reviews on this site are correct - they charge an arm and a leg for prints. I ordered and 11x14 family print for my grandmother and the total came to other $90!!! I will have to pay $1000 + tax for my negatives!!!! I am very dissapointed. Once the wedding is over, all you will have are your pictures and memories.

I got married here and was very happy with the end result. When you choose to get married here they take care of everything from the cake to the guests. If you are more hands on they let you. They are very professional and all were head sets on the day of the event to make sure everything goes as planned. They had good food and told me when my lip stick was smeared when no one else would! The price depends on your budget and can be adjusted depending on what you do or don't add on.

PROS: Excellent service
CONS: none

I had toured the Emerald Gardens facility for a possible wedding there as it had a pretty good reputation, and boy was I amazed at what I saw.

Now, the Emerald Gardens is located off of Rampart Blvd just north of Charleston in the Peccole Ranch master planned community (adjacent to Summerlin). It is situated right off of a golf course, so there are some nice views of one of the fairways.

You can have your ceremony take place inside/outside, and their main ballroom will easily fit several hundred people. The ballroom has a small groom's room with a television and refridgerator. The best part is with the bride's room as it is pretty big with a fitting stage, television, refrigerator, and long mirror with seats for the bridemaids and bride to apply that last minute makeup.

It is an expensive place to book your wedding and/or reception, so be sure to bring your wallet!
