A few months ago my husband and I were interested in trading our vehiclle. We had heard so many advertisements on the radio from Kitty Vanbortal and wanted to see if what she was saying was true. Our first impression was postive,everyone at the dealership was friendly and we were made to feel very comfortable but..we found out that they promise but can't deliver.After waiting three weeks for a car that they said would arrive in one week..and not getting any answers from them we went to another delearship and had our new car(the one they were having trouble finding) in two days. My advice is be wary of what they promise.
PROS: friendly
CONS: make promises they dont keep
