Anderson Inner City Animal

This company deserves less than 1 star. They have ignored now TWO dogs (that we know about) who were minutes away from death from starvation. They knew that both dogs had been dumped and did NOTHING. I would NOT, for a million dollars,

My normally VERY active dog was suddenly not wanting to play and licking his rear foot. He's also very loving but growled at my daughter when she touched his foot. Off the vet we went. We were out of there pretty quickly with a diagnosis of a sprained foot and some pills to help the pain and inflammation. Fast forward a few days and my dog is back to being himself.

When I moved up to New York a year ago, I was nervous on finding a new vet. However, my my old vet recommended Anderson Inner City. They did a great job with my Bichon Frise when she got spayed and also when she had to get surgery on her paws from a virus. They followed up with me personally after my Bichon had her surgery on her paws. They really care about our pets.

After the service I was provided today I had to give feedback. I received great care while at Anderson Inner City Animal Hospital, the front desk was witty and wonderful, and the Dr. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and far from pushy! With his help my little dog is getting better and I couldn't be more pleased! I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I was a little nervous about taking my dog to a vet for the first time since I've adopted her. She has a hair loss problem and she was due for her shots - I was concerned this might be a traumatic and expensive experience for her.
All of the staff at Anderson Inner City Animal Hospital were amazing and the Dr. was especially awesome. He gave me his recommendations and an estimate of costs beforehand. I really felt that he cared and was great to my pup. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

I recently had an unfortunate emergency that led my dog needing to have his eye surgically removed. From the first visit in the morning, to the specialist, and back for the procedure in the evening, my dog and I were both treated so kindly by the entire staff here. They even stayed late to take care of my dog as soon as possible. Post-op didn't go very smoothly for my dog and the doctor had been so amazing in caring for my dog and keeping me informed.

There is no better place to take your pets for medical care. This place is the best! I have been bringing my pets here forever. Despite a move to somewhere further away, I still make the drive for our four-legged family members!

The folks-the vets, the techs, the folks at the desk...all of them-rock! Our pug has a bad habit of chomping on bees. They get upset, sting her and send her into anaphylactic shock. Luckily, Anderson Inner City was open and we went rushing over there. They recognized the severity of the situation-probably better than we did-and a mob of folks swarmed her. We were there several hours(even after closing-with no pushing us out) and got several phone to check up on how Lily was doing.

These guys were great. We needed a new vet asap after moving here and the dog getting sick. They fit me and my dog in within 90 minutes of our call due to some other cancellation. The staff was very friendly and put us at ease. The doctor was very friendly, answered all of my questions and was very gentle with my dog. They let me stay with my dog through the entire procedure. I got a tour of the whole facility and was really impressed with the clean, safe, and calm environment. The prices were good too.

We love Anderson Inner City. Always helpful when our jack Russell terrorist, Maddie, gets into trouble-which luckily was decreased with time and training. They are always very understanding and do not make you feel like a "bad parent" due to an accidental broken toe or a less then healthy snack. Very reasonable prices and conservative treatment approach. We always feel welcome-even when Maddie acts like the boss in the waiting room area. I highly recommend this clinic.
