I've been going here for years, and it never cease to amaze me how rude some people can be. The manager at this Barnes & Noble is very rude to both customers and employees alike. He was more concerned with the placement of his new displays than with any of the people in the store. Roll your eyes on your own time buddy! He could use a 101 course in customer service. Get your books online and buy your coffee at Starbucks, and spend your money in a business that knows how to be courteous to customers.

This is a very large Barnes & Noble store. They have a large selection of magazines from all over the world to choose from and don't seem to mind if you want to browse through them for a while. Their book selection can't be beat and you can even buy coffee & snacks here. What's not to like?? This store is located in the palisades mall so if it gets too hectic in the mall, stop in here for a breather - you won't be sorry you did.

Big but "empty"; very bad customer service. I've been to lots of Barnes and Noble stores; even the small ones are more cozy and employees friendlier...they need to read a book on proper customer service.
