I only had my vehicle 8 weeks when I was violently hit from behind. My life changed that day. I??ve always bought new vehicles and hang on to them for at least 10 years before replacing them, yet in less than two months everything was altered. This was my first auto accident and I wasn??t sure what to do or where to go. I was dumbfounded at the concept of leaving my new baby with a mechanic for repair, or even who that person would be. A new acquaintance recommended X-Clusive Collision and Towing. I called and talked to David on the phone and arranged for an estimate. Prior to this my State Farm agent sent out an appraiser and he printed out an estimate. David calculated the damage exactly what my appraiser did. From the moment I drove up onto X-Clusive??s driveway I had a good feeling. David gave me a tour of their facility. It was clean, organized, and the mechanics were very friendly. Would I be able to leave my new vehicle with them? The answer was clear, yes. As a fanatical car owner, I had many questions and probably way too many demands. It took a couple of weeks before they could get me in the shop (hail damage earlier this year had all the shops busy), so this gave me time to come up with ??my list??. I had demands and requests on the list. David didn??t blink an eye, he knew that customers had concerns and demands and he ensured that everything on my list would be accomplished. A couple weeks later my vehicle was ready. To be honest, this was probably the most difficult thing I ever had to do, was to go to the shop and have to list off all the things they did wrong, but to my surprise there was NOTHING wrong. It was perfect! I??m telling you, the vehicle looked amazing, and I checked every door jam, inspected my interior and exterior for shop battle damage and just couldn??t find a thing wrong. Happy could never express the way I felt about my vehicle. I was ecstatic! I picked it up on a Tuesday and David called me on Friday to see if I had any questions or issues. Now how often does that happen? Never! I just can??t say express enough how pleased I was with X-Clusive, David, and the entire staff. I never want to go through an auto accident again, but I wouldn??t hesitate one bit to get on the phone and call X-Clusive.

I will have to agree with the first post my experience was even worse than hers.Since I am limited to 5000 characters I cant even begin so I will leave it at that.I will close by saying I don't know how such unprofessional,rude and clueless people can stay in business.

My 2010 Ford Fous was damaged in the May 16 hail storm in OKC. I brought it to Xclusive for the $9,000 worth of repairs and they had my car for over 7 weeks. The communication there is zero to none, it is almost impossible to get someone to tell you what is going on with your car.
When I picked my car up, I noticed a cigarette hole burned into my seat!! (I do not smoke and no one has ever smoked in my car) There are two dried chunks of paint stuck to my bumper and trunk that they are saying that is normal. They did not replace some pieces that were supposed to be replaced. And they also added to this list by leaving little dents by the quater glass.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! They are so unprofessional and add to your problems not make them better!!! Don't let them ruin your car too!
