I just called up there to try and order a pizza, we go through the whole deal.... and she asks where i live, i tell her and she says "we don't deliver there". I live almost 2 minutes away, almost right across the road. I think it is

First of all, the pizza is amazing. But holy cow, that customer service is ATROCIOUS.

I called today to order a pizza, got put on hold, and when she came back on and asked to take my order as soon as I started talking she cut me off AGAIN to take another phone call.

I've gone in plenty of times before and I'm pretty sure the girl's name is Vanda...she needs to be fired! She is SO RUDE.

The second they get rid of her, the second we will start ordering from them. I have a hard time supporting a business that treats their customers so rudely.

Mom -n- pop type shop, they crank out the pizzas. The place is busy because they are better than any of the local chain pizzas.

If you tip a waitress 15% for bringing your food 40 ft from the kitchen, why do some people think that tipping a delivery driver 10% is normal? The dude who complained about not getting delivery is miles away and outside the boundary that any chain restaurant would have set. I'll bet he stiffed the driver.

The best pizza ever and CHEAP. I wish they had more locations, but I can order them from my job and they deliver, so that's ok.

The employee didnt know what was there specials , where they were located, the time they were opening or anything. They were "volunteers" or something one person said. Not very informative . ut the price is pretty good and close to my current residence.

Cons: slow and they dont know what they were doing , confused

they refused to deliver to my house where they have delivered before because their driver didn't feel like going to memorial & rockwell (3 mi. north of their location). I will NEVER give my business to this company again. call papa johns.

We order pizza from here at least once a week it is soooo good and the whole family loves it. The people that work there are friendly with excellente customer service.
