SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Oklahoma City North

Arrived late to find our designated room was not cleaned. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and gave us a free upgrade to a patio suite, shame we were only staying overnight. Breakfast was lovely with hot food available and in a large room.

What a great bunch of people there. When you go you need to meet Larry. He's the cook and extremely personable. We ate dinner here the first night and breakfast there the next morning. He was present both times and was wonderful.

The girl from the front desk is so hospitable, very helpful truly a great asset to Best Western. My husband and I really appreciate the comfort that they provided for us.

My stay was wonderful from the moment I checked in until the time I checked out. The staff were very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was close to plenty of restaurants and the continental breakfast hit the spot. I had very good wifi and my room was bigger than expected. If I return to OKC I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The parking was very convienent. This was just an overnight stay and well worth it. I was very comfortable. The weather was bad and I arrived late, but the staff made me feel very welcome, even at 1am. We will stay there again.

I haven't stayed in a Best Western hotel chain in a very long time. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were in this facility. Tons of space, way more than we needed for a single night stay. Would be fantastic for an extended stay!

Me and my husband were very very pleased to get such a beautiful room. Having a fridge and microwave already in our room without being charged extra was a surprise treat!! My husband will be going back to Oklahoma several times for a few months and he specifically told me to make sure I book THIS hotel for his trips.

I do not remember the names of the employees but ALL of them were pleasant and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Front desk staff and staff at breakfast were extremely professional, compassionate & helpful. There was an ice storm during my stay and they went out of their way to help all of the guests.

I wanted to comment on your front desk person. She is always so sweet and upbeat and very helpful. She even brought a menu and a MapQuest to our room. We really enjoyed our stay.

I want to say how wonderful they were in making my reservation . When I checked in they were so helpful. It is always a pleasure to check out as well in the morning always so kind.

I chose this hotel because Best Westerns have a good reputation and it was close to where I was working. I intended on staying for over a month. I found several cockroaches in my room crawling around the walls in the middle of the night. The next morning I told the front desk about it and she sadi she would let the manager know. I figured I'd give them a chance to call their pest control guy and the problem would be resolved. Going on three days of roaches and no pest control and not even a heads up on the situation. I've had to keep my luggage in my car so I don't bring the roaches to my home. I will not stay here just because of the bugs. Everything else was fine. I just don't like sleeping with roaches. Especially after a long day of work.
