I went to E&J Motors to just check out what they had. I was just cruising down 82nd just looking I had cash in my hand to put down. I was looking for a truck / suv in within the Dodge Dakota series (Dakota / Durango) I saw a white 01 Dakota 4 door that caught my eye. up came a sales guy and at that time i hated used car sales guys. Test drove the truck it rocked so I signed for it. Less than 24 hours later, i went back cause i noticed a very bad sound from the tranny. talked to Jamie and Wayne. they listened and offered to help me fix it rather than tell me to F off like most car lots do with their "Tail light" warranties. kept finding issues with the truck but each time they were more than willing to help me through the problems. even switch out the vehicle which was surprising and awesome. Most car dealerships will tell you if you sign the contract and put money down, you own it and its problems. I wasn't thinking cause with my situation, with my big stereo system (paid too much to just let it sit) the back seats just won't do and they would have to come out. each time they gave me a loaner to drive while the truck was in the shop. They fixed the truck but since I have a big stereo system, we decided to switch out and get into an SUV. The Tahoe kicks ass and I'm glad I switched. each and every single time i went in, i was greeted with respect and it has been the very best experience ever. I feel like NORM from "Cheers" when i go in. It is a nice thing when you are not treated like a number. Jamie called me just to see how everything is going. Not just all that but Jamie out of the blue lowered the price of the Tahoe and that was truly awesome of him. what they did is they created a customer for life. As long as they are around i will always go back there. even with my crappy credit i still got the Tahoe. Jamie, Wayne, Mike you guys friggen ROCK! You guys put in a lot of work and effort and I truly thank you for everything! Long story short, if you have an issue with them, talk to them like a human. Don't get all huffy and puffy and yell cause that will get you nowhere. I would help you less if you were yelling at me then if you were just talking to me saying "hey i have an issue with..."
