I go here any time I need help with my service or phone and I get help immeidately. Does not matter what day and what time I go. I may have issues with Verizon but I think the people in this store are professionals.

I went in with a billing issue and the customer service was great! I had to wait a little while but that is to be expected. While I was there they found other areas that could save me money and I"m spending $10 less each month on my phone bill!

Whenever I go into this Verizon store, they are too busy. You usually have to wait quite some time to get waited on. As for the verizon service, our contract ends in November and I am looking forward to moving on. The billing is never correct and we even had our phones turned off at one point because of their bookkeeping errors. The coverage is terrible for someone like me who travels around the Pacific NW as much as I do. I don't want to "roam" everywhere I go.
