Where to even begin.. First of all, I wouldn't even give this store a star. I walked into the store and looked around for a while. Kept looking. No one helped us. I noticed a group of college students just standing like bumps on a log

I would give Bare Foot less then one star if I could. The past few times I have been in the store, there have been more than three staff working but I was never greeted or asked if I wanted help by any of them. I don't expect outstanding service, but I do expect at the least, a pleasant experience. I felt unwelcome and extremely uncomfortable. The shoes are also a bit over priced. All in all, I would recommend satisfying your shoe needs at a different location.

I went in search of boots, and there were a TON on sale!! I actually ended up getting a pair of Fryes at full price, which were expensive, but they're SO worth it. My feet are happy. There's a pair of Steve Maddens I might just have to go back for too. The staff is friendly, and helped me pick a place for lunch even! I'm hooked : )

I agree with one of the other reviewers - the return policy is very annoying. It's the same as Metro, I think the two (and people's nation?) are related. They do have a very nice selection of trendy and cute shoes, though! Their sale prices are pretty good, but usually by that time there's not much that I'm interested in - the sale stuff is usually leftovers. They have a bargain basement as well, but those shoes and boots are usually quite odd. They have shoes for women and men, brands like kenneth cole, rocket dog, and shoes you'd see in the delia's catalog. Speaking of, if you find a pair you like in Bare foot, check out the delia's catalog because it's almost always cheaper there!! The prices at Bare Foot are kind of high; I can always get a better deal online somewhere. It's not really a community-oriented place, and the staff are sometimes unfriendly/standoffish/bored. Good place to browse for cute shoe ideas though, then buy elsewhere!

I had a terrible experience today shopping at Barefoot. The pair of shoes I wished to buy in my size had a dent in the side that wrinkled up the leather and made the shoes look worn in. I asked the man working if he could order me another pair. He stared blankly at me before saying, "I don't know when we will get any more in." Furthermore, I'm not sure if he was developmentally delayed or just mean. He sat in the corner against the wall watching me the entire time I was trying on shoes. Instead of asking me if I needed assistance or commenting on the quality of the shoe, he just looked. I will NOT be shopping here again. Save your money on their overpriced shoes and try Zappos.com or another establishment.

My wife purchased three pairs of shoes and three outfits from various local vendors (uncertain which would go best together) with the intention of returning any items that may not go well together. When I attempted to return the pair of shoes we purchased from Bare Foot, I was informed that their return policy is store credit or exchange within seven days. STORE CREDIT!?! Needless to say I was surprised and I will never step foot in this store again. I should also say that all the staff that we encountered were very kind and curious, unfortunately the store's return policy is just silly.

Must see to believe! Great selection of shoes and boots but very expensive. They do have alot of sales and the quality is the best. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend!
