Penn Ob-Gyn & Midwifery Care

Normally I don't write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so when it comes to Dr. Rima Mehta.
Dr. Mehta is such a caring and sweet physician. She takes her time with you and explains your concerns/questions on a level that you can walk away with a complete sense of understanding.
I absolutley LOVE LOVE Dr.Rima Mehta.

I used this office during my pregnancy from 15 weeks until I gave birth. I love Dr.Mehta she is so sweet and very down the earth. I have shared many of laughs with her. I felt so comfortable with her and i knew that i could share anything with her. She is so motivating and encouraging. I saw her and Dr. Hema Adunuthula. They are great physicians. Dr. Hema actually delivered me. The office is located at 601 Walnut in the Curtis center on the 9th flr ste.925. The office is nice, very clean, and very organized. The team there is great and everyone is so caring and social.

So going to the GYN is not something I look forward to on a regular basis but these guys are great - the nurses are very well organized, waiting room is cozy & nicely stocked with magazines; I had an appt. during my lunch hour & they were right on time (I'm not sure I've ever had an on-time medical appointment in my life!). Everyone was really sweet, my exam was quick & painless, and the MD I spoke with was very friendly and really helpful & honest with a couple of my questions. Would highly recommend to any woman of any age. Note: they are very popular & get booked up well in advance. It is harder to get an appt. with a female than a male MD.

PROS: Efficient, well-informed staff
CONS: Book early - they are very popular

The staff here is very nice and very knowledgable. They recently renovated the offices and it is a lot bigger and more modern. The only bad thing is sometimes it is hard to get an appointment.
