Performance PowerSports

So, I called Performance Powersports in Seneca on June 26, 2014 regarding looking at my watercraft for repairs. I spoke with the service manager and indicated I understand the time of year and everyone wants their "toys" fixed for use. I

Before I put in the order for my ATV parts, I called to inquire about one of it, to see what it does and if I really need it. The guy had no ideea what that part was for, so I ordered it, thinking if I won't need it, I'll return it. When I tried to return the part, they found every single excuse possible not to take it back, even in it's factory sealed package!
These people don't belong in this industry, they should not even touch those machines, they could get real injured!

We paid a premium for "PIT PASS" service and have received the same poor service we received previously. It took two weeks for them to fix a ski and they damaged our trailer while it was on their lot. This isn't the only problem we have had with them. Take your toys elsewhere.

We were looking at buying a motorcycle for my grandson so we started looking at Performance. I noticed right away the salesman was a little pushy toward us. He finally backed off when he realized he was getting on our nerves. We didn't end up buying from them because I found out the parts were so high and also I didn't like the way they handled themselves.
