My personal experience didn't turn sour until I started to sign their paperwork. Please, request someone other than HANK from the finance department. From the very beginning of the encounter, he WAS A DISASTER....Long story short, 3 months after I signed the dotted line, I am still dealing with the lazy and incomplete paperwork filings of this gentleman...

As a woman car buyer I know that it is difficult to get a salesman to listen and care about what you need in a car. This purchase was not one that I wanted to make as I loved my BMW that I had to trade. John made a difficult time for me a much more pleasant one due to his treating me with kindness and respect. I would recommend this dealership and most especially this salesman to any woman out there who is thinking of purchasing an economical and reasonably priced Honda. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer guy who is willing to listen respectfully and get you the car you what at a great price!

If I could put 0 Stars I would. In the past I have purchased 4 cars with this dealership (3 with one very good and honest salesperson who has since left).
I recently purchased my 4th (and last) vehicle with Economy Honda.
It is a 2006 Odyssey. Great price, low miles, but one thing they failed to mention, 2 broken motor mounts. Luckly, I caved under the extremely high pressure sales tactics of the finance dept. and bought an extended warranty and was only out of pocket $100 bucks + tax to have repaired (of course at another dealership). The salesman was nice, but pushy and unwilling to work with us on the sale price or trade value. We were offered $1000 more by another dealer a week before and Economy Honda simply wouldn't match it. Lastly, The van had an issue with the alarm system which continues to be bothersome. We called numerous times to the management and service depts. Management never called back and service told us it would cost us to fix the problem even though it was broken the day we bought the car. I was in the market for another new car and went up the road to Honda of Cleveland and got a great deal.
Their express service people (oil changes etc.) are friendly and provide a free car wash, but the wait times are astronomical! Min 1 hr although I have waited over 4hrs! Yes, for an oil change! Nothing "express" about that. Needless to say I will NOT be back to Economy Honda for any reason.

Good experience purchasing our used '05 Honda Pilot. After having a baby we knew we needed something bigger to fit our needs so after shopping around we ended up at Economy Honda. I can't say enough good things about Economy Honda. John Wheeler was excellent & worked very hard to get the exact vehicle I wanted. The customer service was great & we enjoyed talking with Josh while we signed all the paper work. This is the 2nd car I have bought from Economy Honda & when my lease is up in 4yrs I'll be back for more!! I absolutely LOVE my new CR-V!!! Thanks, John! I also like the fact that there is an express service dept for oil changes etc - I have always gotten excellent service there & I feel like I can really trust them to take good care of my vehicle (plus you can get your card punched for a free oil change : ).

After much research we chose to go with a Honda CRV bc they are well made and long lasting vehicles. We purchased an older one but with the extended warranty. Not three days later the check engine light came on and that scared me to death thinking we made a huge mistake:( Economy Honda fixed the car at no cost to us and assured me they would take care of us! So far it's been a GREAT vehicle and my husband loves it!

HI just want to tell you a little story... Last night as I and my mother were driving to my part time job to clean a academy in town. I saw a lady with child in the middle of the road in a blue 93 Honda. I turned around and offered to push her (I'm a Christian in school to become a Pastor) into the gas station on Bonny Oaks. As I and another good samaritan who offered to help the Lady told us she had just bought the Honda a few hours earlier from Economy Honda for $2000.00 and still owed $1295.00 for a 1993 (my spidey senses started to tingle). I didn't want to tell her she had been taken but It was obvious. We looked under the hood and sure enough the radiator had been tampered with. Some one had basically poured enough radiator leak goo to cover the Gulf oil spill it was horrible and the engine wouldn't turn over. The good samaritan was mechanically inclined and said that the head was destroyed and someone had obviously disconnected the warning sensor which wasn't coming on. We took her and her daughter home and I let her call Economy on my cell. She was told to call back and she did the next day. She and her boyfriend called me and told me that Economy did what all unscrupulous dealers do. The said hit the road jack and don't come back no mo..no mo. Yep, one is born every minute. How unfortunate that economy would do this. Oh we know that she should have been more wise checking the car first, but the reality is that if a business practices fraud and deceives those who don't have much just for a profit than I would never step one foot into economy. We must hold companies like this to a real standard. America and many of its merchants have become nothing more that opportunist. Rest assured Economy you will loose more than you ever will know. I believe God hears my prayers and I'm asking God to hold you responsible this year 7 times for every person you have cheated and will cheat. May everything you do fail until your business treats people with honesty and dignity.

It was quick, painless and Sal made everything as easy as possible. After seeing how great Sal and Economy Honda were, my Dad went back a few months later for his new car.

over the years and usually dread the process because of having to deal with salespeople. I can honestly
say that my experience with Economy Honda was the most enjoyable vehicle buying experience by far.
The salesperson I dealt with was not pushy and told me the truth about the bottom line price of the Pilot.
He allowed me to take it to show my wife and waited to close the deal with me after closing time. The
Express Service has been excellent and I look forward to continuing my business with Economy Honda.

My Husband and I just bought a car from here on Wednesday! Our salesperson was Carlos and he was so amazing! We got there later in the evening, but Carlos was so friendly with us. He took the time to answer all of our questions about the car we were looking at. He gave us time to talk things over before persuing anything. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all. He didn't try to get us to buy something we didn't want. And although he couldn't give us a better deal because they had just reduced the price that day he was honest about it upfront. My husband and I were not sure if we were going to be able to afford the monthly payments on the car we wanted, but Carlos tried to give us an estimate before running our credit. He showed us approximately what our payments would be for the length of the loan (he couldn't give us an exact amount until after he ran our credit) which was so helpful and we were able to make the best desicion for us based on that. We ended up getting approved for the loan and we went to talk to the finance man Paul. He was so friendly and thorough about the extra warrenties and services we could get on the vehicle and I felt he was very honest with us about what we needed. He tried to give us the best deal possible which meant a lot to us since we don't have a lot of extra money to spend. By the time my husband and I were done it was an hour and a half after closing and Carlos was still there to walk us out. And he didn't seem annoyed at all (which I know I would be in his situation). Overall the purchasing of this vehicle was a great experience if you decide to buy your next car here be sure to ask for Carlos because he is wonderful! My husband and I will definitely be back here. Now I just have to check out the service department! Hopefully they are just as good!

I took the car in a few weeks later and when toyota called to get the PO number, we were advised my salesperson no longer worked there and because it was not a written deal it would not be honored. I have never been more disgusted with a company. I have bought 4 cars in the last 5 years, this is my FIRST and LAST time ever dealing with Economy Honda. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

I get my oil changed on my civic at their Express Center every time. It's cheaper than any other place out there, and they check my battery, top off the fluids, and run it through the car wash. It usually takes under an hour, and there are snacks and drinks, as well as wi-fi. They're honest too, and don't hit me up for services I don't need like other places. I like going there much better then waiting in a hot and smelly quick change place somewhere else! My roommate said she's going to start taking her non-honda over there as well, because they'll change the oil on other brands too. All around it is a good place to go.

Where to begin. I bought an 08 Accord from here in 08. It was a "certified" Honda. My brakes went bad very quick after the service dept constantly telling me there was nothing wrong with it. When my husband took it they all the sudden figured out that the brakes were bad and replaced them free of charge only because I kept my paperwork from previous trips. However, the brakes went bad again and I had to pay this time. I decided to use another kind of brake and they have been fine since so the brakes from Honda have to be the problem. The most recent problem is that I took the car because it was leaking oil. I told them to fix the carpet on the side of the car along with my battery constantly going dead. I go to pick the car up because it wound up being the oil filter leaking and the carpet was not fixed and there was grease all over my seat and door. I told the service guy about it and he didn't offer even an apology and when I said something about them not fixing the carpet I got "well you are going to have to leave it and come back tomorrow" I can't go without my car again and it wasn't my fault they can't listen. Then when I get almost home I remembered to check the oil life and they didn't bother to change it to 100%. How many times have they changed oil there? Pitiful. I will take the car elsewhere from now on. Oh and the certified Honda has speakers that the former owner installed and I was informed that they were not covered by my warranty because they are not a Honda part. Is that my problem? I bought a car that was suppose to be checked from top to bottom and when I called the General Manager about it he said he would check it out and call me back. Well, it's been 8 months so I don't know if he got lost or he can't use a phone because he is too dumb.

I just bought a car @ Economy Honda and had a great time. My salesperson didn't pressure me and the sales manager actually acted as though I was important to him. I had such a good time. As a young woman, it was nice to feel as though I was taken seriously. I got a good deal and I love my Civic!

It is too bad this dealership doesn't remember that the way to make money is to make your customers happy. I went in to trade in my car for another one, and specified that I wanted to finance through Honda Finance again. So, I thought that was exactly what they were doing. When the salesperson came back with the offer, they were requiring me to put down a down payment, minimum $500, when we hadn't even negotiated down the price of the car yet. They insisted. My best friend was there with me, and they did the same exact thing to her.

So, I looked elsewhere. Just up the road at another Honda dealership, I received superior service, with no questions asked, no pressure to adhere to terms I was refusing. And, I found out that Economy had NEVER EVEN APPLIED for credit through Honda Finance. The new dealership did. And, I got approved, with no down payment. They didn't ask any questions, they didn't push anything, they just did what I told them to. And Economy has now lost a customer.

The only saving grace at Economy was the pleasant salesman. I know he has nothing to do with financing, and he needs to keep his job, but I feel sorry for him having to lose a sale (actually two sales - my friend ended up going with Nissan) due to their financing "issues."

I thought to myself , that it couldnt get better than this until I visited the Service Department. I pulled into the service drive and the service advisor greated me immediately. He was very curteous and helpful. He took my information and directed me to the waiting area. I own my own business, and had my laptop with me, so i thought i would take advantage of getting a little work done while I waited. To my surprise they had wireless internet in the waiting area and to beat it all they had drinks and snacks out for the customers as well. Everyone I encountered at Economy Honda was very nice and helpfull.
I have lived in this area my whole life and owned many vehicles but i have never been treated as well by any other dealership in this town. Economy Honda has won me over. I couldnt have asked for a better buying experience.
