I can't say anything bad about my experience. They took care of me in every way they could making sure I had a rental (waiting on me when I got there and I dropped it off to them when I left) and my car looked flawless. A+++ Highly reccommended

This is for their 2nd avenue (downtown) location and I took a Lexus SC430 tehre. The service was great, Greg went extra mile for me when I needed it. The work is of superb quality - I had the car repainted almost everywhere, minor structural damage repaired, exhaust replaced, and couple other things fixed. The paint job is particularly amazing. Don't know about pricing since my insurance company took care of the money part and I would need to pay my deductible no matter what the pricing. Bradshaw paid attention to details, finished the work ahead of estimate, and accommodated me when I asked for a new set of expensive tires 2 days before they were finished, although they did charge a bit extra for tires without explicitly telling me about it - something I ended up paying out of my pocket. If you got a Lexus and insurance is covering all repairs, this is a great shop.

Cons: Prob. expensive if you're not using insurance, service may take getting used to - just remember to push your agenda

I used Bradshaw when I wrecked my Range Rover a few years ago and was very disappointed with their repair quality. They overwrote my estimate (I have a neighbor who also owns bodyshops who told me my estimate was severely written up) and left some sort of water/oil spots on my interior. I appreciated their friendly attitudes, but not their ability to earn a higher profit on my expense.

These guys come across as being nice enough, but they are totally incompetent and have NO CLUE as to set or stay on a schedule.

Their estimate even took 3 days longer than they had initially told me.

What a bunch of bumbling yahoos.

I have never been so nicely treated at a body repair place. The guys at Bradshaw's (downtown) were helpful, easy to talk to, and took care of everything with my insurance. I don't know anything about fixing cars and the men there explained everything to me in detail, were very professional and even helped me set up a rental car. (I especially recommend Millard Martin - so nice!) They never once made me feel like they were rushing to get me out of there or like they were trying to sell me services that I didn't need. I would recommend this place to anyone! YAY Bradshaw!
