The Dr. here comes off as a trustworthy and competent. All of my dental problems were solved.The staff is very friendly. I always felt that I came to the office full of old friends.

Overall this was everything I could hope for in a dentist. The dentist went over the x-ray in detail. Also one of the assistants went over my bill with me and a printout with my insurance information and explained everything in detail.

Love this place! The doc and his team were on time, helpful, answered all my questions, explained all of my x-rays and were super flexible about re-scheduling appointments. I highly recommend Smiley Dental

The dental visit was excellent. The front desk receptionist had excellent customer service skills. The dental assistants, dentists were very professional with dental care!!!

I have finally found my dentist office! I was so impressed with the way the staff greeted me when I walked in and they were so nice! It went that way the entire time! The dentist has a very gentle delivery and a gentle hand! Thank you!!

My son had a cracked tooth due to football, so I brought him here. The staff helped calm him down before they did any work, and made him feel comfortable. As a parent that is really important to me.

Having had my previous dentist retire recently and the anxiety of finding another present, it didn't take long for me to realize I had made the right choice. The atmosphere created as you walk in is professional yet relaxing.This certainly helped validate my decision.

My experience at Smiley Dental was wonderful - considering the situation. They quickly accommodated me with an appointment, were extremely professional, took care of a very difficult tooth and gave me the results. The service of the doctor and staff are the best and I would strongly recommend them to anyone! Their explanation of my situation and what to expect were very helpful to me.

As a child and adult I was always very self-conscious about giving a big smile for family and school photos. Now it is so very refreshing to really smile and feel confident that my best image is shining through. With renewed confidence I can now focus on just giving a natural smile with out fear for what the photo will look like afterwards.

They explain what they are doing. They work quickly, but carefully, and they seem to care about my comfort through the process. I only started with them last month, but I have already recommended this office to some of my co-workers.

The staff is great - from the front office to the hygienists - all are friendly, upbeat, very skilled, and always on time. And then there's Dr. Wesley - the key to the whole place. He definitely knows his stuff, but is so 'down-to-earth', laid back, relaxed. You could have the worst dental condition, and he'll make you feel at ease in their ability to correct, then subtly remind you what you need to do for proper care. This office makes going to the dentist as good as it can get.

Dr. Wesley is the the most patient, meticulous orthodontist. I had a very challenging case, but Dr. Wesley did an amazing job! I have the best bite that I have ever had my entire life! And I get such great compliments on how my teeth look! The staff are all wonderful too!

Since beginning my relationship in May, 2010 with Smiley Dental, I have been extremely pleased with the service received from Dr. G. Wesley Smiley and his associates. I was made to feel comfortable in every possible way and can truly say I look forward to my continued visits there.

I just had my second visit to Smiley Dental. It was actually an emergency, I chipped my tooth and it hurt a lot. I knew it was last minute but I still decided to give the place a call. To my surprise Dr. Smiley picked up and said he could squeeze me in. I rushed over and he fixed my tooth and pain in no time. This place always amazes me.

My family has been to Dr. Smiley about 4 times now and I don't see what everyone is ranting about. He's never once tried to overcharge us for cavities, and the staff here seems nice enough. I'm going to continue going to him until otherwise but in my personal opinion he's a great dentist.

I have been taking my children to Smiley Dental for a while. And they have ALWAYS let me go back with my kids. They have never refused. Actually I have always gotten to hold my children when I go back there.i just feel that everytime I go there that my kids are treated fairly and that we get the service that we pay for.

I haven't really had a problem with this office until recently. Dr. Smiley seen my child and was suppose to send in paperwork to the insurance company for my daughter to be approved to have a surgery done that she needs. Dr. Smiley stated that she would send it in that day and if i havn't heard anything in a week to call back. It has been almost two weeks and I can not get through to Dr. Smiley. She will not answer or return my call. Another thing that I do not care for is that they will not let the parents go back with there children. They stand at the door and refuse to let you go through.Kinda scary, however my daughter has never complained.

The problem I had was with the billing. My son went in to have dental work done, the novacine and the anethesia did not work. I was told I had to take him to a surgical center to finish the work. The office had billed me for all the work that was not done. When I brought this to their attention. I was told that I to take more time off from work and my son had to miss more school to take him back to the office to prove the work was not done. VERY INCONVIENT!

My son went to the Nashville office and it was so tiny. I've heard they moved to a bigger location since then. The nurses were very nice when my son was relucant to get in the chair. The only thing that made me nervous was a paper they wanted me to sign stating they could use force to make him sit still.that was a little nerve-wrecking..I didn't sign it.

This place is horrible! I have compared notes between them and other dentists and these people try and make you do things to your mouth that don't need to be done. They are rude and the office is in dire need for a health inspection just so it can be shut down!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THESE REVIEWS THAT ARE POSITIVE ARE FAKE AND CREATED BY THE STAFF!!!! THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND FULL OF RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!! THE DOCTOR IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AS WELL AND I DOUBT HE IS EVEN A REAL DOCTOR!!!!
