I ordered an ice cream cake which turned out to be the wrong flavor. When I called the person who made it argued with me that I did have the correct cake. I spoke with the manager/owner who also insisted that I had received the correct flavor. She then fussed at me for having some of the cake (it was for a birthday, and the mistake was discovered when we sang Happy Birthday and cut into the cake.) I can't deny that BR is good ice cream, but I would rather give my business to someone who appreciates it.

Best ice cream in tooooowwwwnnnnn!!!!!! When you walk in, they say "WELCOME TO BASKIN ROBBINS" like CiCi's Pizza would. As you leave, the employees usually yell "See you tomorrow!" or "Have a 31onderful day!" They are experienced and skilled ice cream scoopers, especially this one guy. He can scoop with both hands at the same time and mix a shake in 1 min. flat. Get your stop watch out and come check out this establishment!! Oh, and if a certain employee messes up, erm, go easy on him.
