The entire staff is unfailingly pleasant, very knowledgeable and the repairs are always well done and timely. The prices are very fair (on occasions they have not even charged me for work - When was the last time that happened to you at a garage?).

My family has been getting their cars serviced here for years. Northwest Imports has always been fair and honest and usually has completed repairs in the same day. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this shop for repair.

I have my BMW serviced here for the last 5 years. I also own a MINI too. Northwest has the best service in the area. I have tried the rest, but they are clearly a step better then all the competition.

The customer service was excellent- they (especially Joe) answered all of my questions and gave me a very fair price for the repairs. The final bill was significantly less than what I was quoted at the VW dealership, and NW even did additional maintenance. My car is running great now, and I have NW Imports to thank.

I took my Acura here after being told elsewhere that I needed new brakes. After they did the visual inspection, they told me my brake pads were just fine. No need to do any work. I offered to at least pay them for their trouble, and they refused. Needless to say, I'll be coming back here when it's time to work with honest people to get my car fixed. Great people!

We have been going to NWI for many years and they are reliable and trustworthy people. They really care about the cars like their own and will tell you what is the best in an economical way. They don't believe you need to spend more than you should. After dealing with a mechanic from AAA who told me to get a new alternator and battery, I went straight back to NWI. They reassured me that the alternator and battery were working fine! I highly recommend them!

I hate to drive but, unless we begin to fly everywhere, and public transportation gets faster and easier, I'm stuck. On a positive note, my car has never let me down. My husband and I have been taking our Jetta to the Doctors for about five years now, and we have never been stranded. Whether its due to us being lucky or because NW Imports does such a great job, I don't know. But what I can truly say is that, we completely trust our mechanics, and that is what is most important to us. We will continue to support Northwest Imports, as long as we drive. Thanks Guys.

They always show great customer service. They put in a lot of effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your repairs. I saved a ton of money coming here, they are reasonably priced. They come highly recommended!!!

I took my BMW in last month and they delivered 100%! Handled my repairs quick and answered all my questions promptly! The staff was very friendly and comforting. I think this is my new shop! Thanks guys keep up the good work!

I have a luxury car and I can not just take it to any repair shop. I brought my car to Northwest and they did a great job with it. The prices are very good compared to the other competitors. The staff was very friendly. I really appreciate the hard work.

Best import repair I've ever used. I don't trust just anyone with my cars, but they are definitely at the top of the list.
