As soon as I got there someone was there to meet me at the service drive thru. Took my car back called me lunch told me what I needed had it fixed and ready in the evening. Awesome customer service very helpful. Dawn in service helped me and she was so nice! Will only take my Jeep there from here on out!

Beware!!! Very unorganized operation when dealing with Customer Service/Sales/Finance. I do not recommend this dealership because of there "integrity issues" within "Allen-Samuels-Dodge-Chry-Jeep-Katy" staff/employees, who mislead/falsehood of an Active Duty Military customer. Of my personal opinion, the trust of this dealership is in question? In which, it may indicate "a lack of integrity" to all it's customers!!! This was my first-time experience to which I will like to share...

Remarks: During my "Purchase Agreement" of Jeep Commander 2008: I had experience an "Breach of Contract" from ("Allen-Samuel-Dodge-Katy", 21777 Katy Freeway Katy, TX)

The contract agreement was of: "We Owe back" to customer for the buyers contract...neverthless, the dealership was paid in full amount of the total "Bill of Sale", as promised by customer and by a "cleared bank check" for the purchase of the vehicle.

However, I was promised by "Allen-Samuels-Dodge-Chry-Jeep-Katy" that an "OVERNIGHT check of $1322.00" for the jeep accessories to which was incorporated within the "Bill of Sale"/apart of my military loan, would be refunded back to me, since the dealership was not able to provide that service.

Although, I called several times and sent electronic emails and yet...after 30-days of purchase, I was verbally promised again from the "Dealership Accounting, Finance, Sales offices" that an "OVERNIGHT check" had/would been mailed to me. I was not provided any mailing tracking number?

As of today, I still have not received any "WE Owe back" to customer of the OVERNIGHT check for $1322.00, as promised???

In conclusion, of my personal opinion, the trust of this dealership is in question? In which, it may indicate "a lack of integrity" to all it's customers!!! The reflections of my first-time experience may happen to you and so, if you have a choice, choose another option.

I have a 2010 truck and have taken it back for two reasons. Both times all I got was a "could not replicate" and they did nothing. Pretty worthless warranty that Chrysler has when their dealers can't fix anything. This is the last time I buy a Dodge product.

Allen Samuels Jeep in Katy has stood up where Chrysler wouldn't. I have had some issues with my 2007 Wrangler. With the last (I suspect!) problem, Bill Denton (service manger) has REALLY stepped up and has won our loyalty! I have loved my jeep and Allen Samuels and Mr. Denton have won my admiration. Just when you think car dealers don't care, they stpe up and make things right!

Agreed on the purchase price of a vehicle. I had to get my financing in order (cash payment) and go get my title on my trade and asked them to get the vehicle ready. Came back and was told they could not sell it to me with no valid explanation. Ummm, are you in the business to sell a cars? Found out later they had someone else EXPRESS INTEREST over the internet on the same vehicle while I was gone who did not even come in until the next day. They probably used me to pressure the other party into a higher-priced sale. Win-win for Allen Samuels Dodge. Even if the other party didn't buy, they still could come back to me. They broke their agreement with me and I missed out on a car I really liked. Unethical.

What a bunch of morons. So they think they came out ahead on the deal. I take my vehicles there for service (which is also often frustrating). So not only am I buying a car now from another dealer, I am never going back their again for service either. Plus, when I go to replace my Grand Dodge Caravan next year I will probably switch to Honda since this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. Hope the hundreds extra they got on that one sale was worth the loss of two vehicles and the service.

October 6 my last time at Allen Samuels Dodge in Katy. Unbelievable shame. I get there at 7:30am, they tell me it will take 2h. the car buying process at allen samuels was a 5 star buying experience there was no hassle in the pricing of the car and there financing was better then my credit union i had to be it in for service about a month after i bought it and they fixed the problem and had me on my way alot faster then i expected a pleasure to work with both there sales staff and service staff

Allen Samuel Dodge is a bit full of itself. During the end of the year, I spent the entire day in the parts depatment. For hours their Parts Staff claimed that my car needed extensive service. The two front doors, steering column and back hatch would have to be removed immediately, in order to have another key made. They were so wrong and never apologized for any of the delay. Their staff never bothered to check their own work or to walk a few feet to my Jeep to see if there was something they could do. Instead they continued to claim that it would cost me $700 to get a new key made. They were so wrong. Eventually, an outside automobile mechanic saved my day. Still I meed an entire days' pay and towing thanks to Allen Samuels lack of courtesy and customer service. Their service reps are jerks.
