Talk about good service! I had been having problems with my six year old Hoover steam cleaner. For some reason I woke up around 2:00 a.m. trying to decide if I need to buy a new one or have it fixed. I didn't like the Hoover repair place I went to a few years back so I searched for a new place on the internet. Again, the same place came up. The last time I called and left a message the service man did not return my call so I thought I would just go over there but then wondered if he was still in business. I wanted to get this off my mind so I could go back to sleep. I decided to call to see if their was an answering machine. I dialed; then, a nice gentleman answered, "Hoover, Little Elm." This was at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. I told him I was so embarrassed and that I was calling to get the hours he was open. He replied, "What ever time that is best for you I will be there." I told him I will call back during reasonable hours. Anyway, it appears he was taking over the Hoover business but was working out of his home until he had enough money to open a store. Took my machine over there. Had great service at a good price right on the spot.

George was very helpful to me today on my kenmore vacuum. Even though he couldn't get the part for my vacuum, he told me what needed to be done so I can send it into sears. He cleaned it up great and even taught me a few things along the way - all at a nice price! I'd recommend to anyone and will also go back if I need to.

I know most people enjoy the luxury of going to the local retailer to purchase things like a vacuum. Well I have to say that you really get what you pay for. I recently purchased a vacuum from Frisco Vacuum and I will have to say it will probably be the last vacuum I will ever have to purchase. It was pricey however with a lifetime warranty I do not have to worry about it breaking and buying a new one. All of the employees were great. They let us look around without pressuring us into buying anything. The store was clean and well lit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacuum and is willing to pay a little more.

When my vacuum case cracked and several things broke-- I went in here to see about a new vacuum. When I told him about my old vacuum, he told me I could fix it myself for under $30, if I wanted to.

I ran home and got the vacuum, and he quickly looked it over and ordered my parts. The next week, I paid my $30 and used his directions and preplaced the parts. The vacuum works better than ever!

When this vacuum dies, I will DEFINATELY be purchasing my new vacuum here. The people are obviously there to help, and they care enough to try to help us save money.
