We registered at Babies R Us and the whole process was easy and the customer service was great. There are so many things to choose from and the quality of items they have are pretty good. I only wish they had another Babies R Us in Austin. The only down side to this store is that it gets so crowded over the weekends and it's hard to find parking that's close by. In fact, I never make it through the entire store in one visit. My only complaint is: we special ordered a crib for our daughter. We never received a call when it came in. We had to contact them to verify if it had arrived. Thankfully we called - or we would have still been waiting! Otherwise, a great store.</p> L.
