Over the past 35 years of owning cars, I've spent a lot of money with various car audio stores, and none come close to the level of service and value provided by Car Audio Zone.

PERIOD!

The owner, Shawn, is personable, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about his customers. My install was fast and clean - can't ask for much more.

HIGHLY Recommended!

Shawn and his guys do an absolutely excellent job from start to finish.

I deal with people in my business day after day, and most always seem to have an attitude that is fairly transparent in that they always want our money but are never too concerned about the goods or services they give in return.

I never got that feeling with Shawn. He took the time to go over all of the options on a new speaker system with me...installed a satellite radio receiver, and also wired up a couple of fog lights I have on my truck.

He doesn't try to lose you in the numbers the way so many people nowadays do. The man has to make his money (and who can begrudge any man from making a living, right?) but his prices are more than reasonable on the parts and labor -- and his attention to detail and genuine interest in making the customer come away with exactly what they wanted is what, in my opinion, sets him apart from other audio shops.

There are very few people I trust when when it comes to everything from auto mechanics to plumbers to car dealers. When I do find someone that I can actually say I'd recommend to a friend or relative, I keep that contact because I'm aware how rare it is. Maybe I'm just extremely picky -- I don't know...

Shawn is one of those people, though. I have no problem at all throwing him business from friends or relatives. I know they will be taken care of, given straight talk on products and price, and that he will go out of his way to make things right as much as reasonably possible.

this place it not good as all the reviews here say i went in after talking to shawn on a monday went in to install my viper 5901 alarm on my 2008 chevy silverado i got there and he started the upsells i bought in on them he sold me them for $60 each first mistake one retails for $19 other one is $45 total rip off then i had my own module a xpress kit for the remote start and the door locks he told me it wasnt for my truck and swapped it for a cheaper one he had lying around his installer also was trash i got there at 2pm didnt leave till 730pm and still didnt finsh the install shawn left at 550pm the installer told me to come back some other day becuase he needed to more modules that they didnt have it seemed like this was there first alarm install this place was just a nightmare had to take my truck to mobile one to fix this guys wiring nightmare didnt even install the tilt senor right WOULD NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN

I had a stero system Installed in my car today it was an Alpine CDA-105 the sales person advised me to get this unit so that I can use my ipod the way I wanted to and it worked out great the price was also better than the one's I got from some other shops, will go again:)))

They were the people I went too check out after checking online reviews too see if these were the people I was going too do business with, I had a bunch of questions for them well they answered all of them, gave me an alarm that suited my need's and also offered a speaker upgrade speacial which I took advantage of.. very friendly people will go for my radio in a few months...

I got too know these people through a friend of mine, I needed to get some speaker's changed in my car but the price's were so good that I ended up getting a radio and an alarm on the same visit.

I love my Memphis Car Audio Speaker's, Viper Alarm and JVC radio.

I was treated good and was explained every thing in detail which made my decision easier.

To the point no hassle courteous service, I'm putting a good word i n for them since I also like to be appreciated when I do a good job.

I went here lookin for ah reasonable price on ah radio but i know i was goin spent alot just to get it and gettin it put in and everything but they had very good price on everything from radios, speakers,and alot of other things for ur car i spent less her then goin to the flea market.The sale person was very cool and he knew at exactly what i came lookin for

Ive been buying systems and car alarms from Shan sice I was a lil Kid Hes shop is located at 10815 Beechnut #128 houston,Tx 77072 In the South West side of Houston Hes Number is 281-530-8287 I've brought in so many cars with him and never had a problem with anything Beside that He hooks you up I Just bought sum spl Subs and Amps and he Hooked me up man I love systems I've searched around befor he gaves out reasable prices he dont be trying to sell you no boo boo stuff he well tell you stright up about the sound quilty of the sub depending on how you want it to sound and the money your welling to spend he well try hes best to give you a hard and clear beating system depending on the money you want to spend thats in your budgit. I highly recommend him to all of youll who is reading this ad right know. Im getting close to Finish getting my SPL system together and its all gonna happen cuz of Shan every were else people wanna tax you I'm Telling you I recommend you to him and I;m going to post up a vid when i get done with my system for you can see wat we got and doing together so call him up and see whats up

i am very satisfied with this business. they are very professional and friendly but most of all they are VERY VERY EAGAR to please thier customers. they motto is they want you to be happy and satisfied with whatever product you choose to get and will be honest and tell you if that product is the best for your money or not and give their honest opinion on another product that suit your needs no strings attached(ex:make u spend more than what u want2). cause if you are not happy, they are not happy and they will do whatever within reason to make you happy. that is why i came to them and stay with them. i have been here with them for 6yrs now. i had them to install an auto start alarm sytem, power locks, digital radio system, cd changer, speakers with amp.,&sub woofers. i only had minor problems with one or two things and they were more than happy to assist me and worked with me on anything i needed done. so you see why i stayed with them they are honest people/business. i am a woman that is slowly learning about cars and accessories and they didnt take advantage of me and i still come here and you should to maybe i will see you in there sometime...

I had my car radio and alarm installed in San Antonio and they screwed up the wiring bad. I did some research and I chose this place to work on my car. Im so glad I did. The owner Shan had excellent customer service skills and he was very knowledgeable. He was honest and charged me a reasonable price. He has a good installer that knows what he is doing he fixed the wiring on my car and other problems that I didn't know were there. I would recommend Car Audio Zone to anyone!

I did a good search for Car Alarm installation in Houston, TX and called all the numbers that I found. Every place offer about $200 to $400 to install a system with Remote Starter Alarm system. I called this place, and they offer to do it for me for $90. This was the best deal I found so I went there. Customer service here are awsome. I was greet by the owner Shawn, and my system was quickly installed in less than an hour.

I was looking for the best car alarm for my Toyota Rav 4. I made multiple calls to different companies until I found Car Audio Zone.Shawn, the owner, was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the product. His being so patient with me answering all my questions make me decide to purchase what I need. He really gave me a good deal, not only for the money but for the right product that would give me the best protection. He waited for me to get there while betting the afternoon traffic.I will surely recommend his store and excellent service.You will certainly get what your money worth and overall satisfaction.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Highly recommended. Good prices, fast service. The customer service there is above the top which is poorly lacking at other car audio stores. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and explained in great detail everything I did. I will return for all of my car audio needs.

Got a VIPER 791 Remote Start installed on my Accord good price quick install also picked up a pair of tweeters which they installed for me without any charge.

I just got a 1 mile range Alarm for my brother's car, just like the first time these guy's did a great job and gave us a very good price, every customer that I have seen coming in & out of this shop seems to happy and satisfied just like me I feel that good work must be promoted and I'm doing my little part in doing that for these guy's they also gave us a 10% student discount since my brother is a student.
