I am new to the area and when faced with trying to find a new place to fix my car, I was terrified.. you hear so much these days about women being taken to the cleaners by mechanics. My neighbors recommended Brakes USA. They have been taking the family vehicles there for years and highly recommended them.. The lady at the desk, Debbie, was so polite and informative. Mike was the mechanic, and didn't mind showing me what was wrong with my car and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions, which he answered in a way that made everything clear. They gave me a written estimate for the recommended repairs without all that pushy stuff. Lance was the driver that not only gave me a ride home, he waited until I was inside the door before he drove off, and he picked me up again after the repairs were made. Much to my surprise, the actual work was less than the original estimate!! Debbie explained that the parts needed ended up costing less than expected! I have had Brakes USA servicing my vehicle for almosta year now and I can't say enough good things about them. The service is always the same, and I recommend them to everyone I know. Although they are always busy, they seem to find time for the little things I've needed.
