I LOVE this gym. They have the best employees, and the 30 minute workout is quick and effective. I just joined and I have already lost 4 lbs and over 2 inches. Keeps me motivated when I see results. It is not much to look at from the outside, but come inside and you will find a clean, well run gym, with the nicest women I have ever met.
