Our 2010 Suburban would not start and had no electric power. A volt meter reading indicated the battery had 12.6 volts and was fine. Clint, at Norman Frede said the charge would be $100 to have the vehicle towed to them, even though

Marcus was a very good salesman! He works hard to fit the customers needs and try's hard to get them the best deal! I will be referring customers to Norman frede because of Marcus and pastor. We arrived to get prices on a corvette and ended up leaving with 2 new vehicles.. Marcus Martin is a used car salesman and he sold us a new vehicle he was very friendly.. Ask for him when you arrive if you want the best deal....

Norman Frede has the best sales team ever. My husband and I came to test out the new Malibu Eco. Our salesperson, Moses, answered all our questions with knowledge and passion. The sales manager, Will, was very pleasant to work with. No one

I bought a 2007 Hyundai Accent from Norman Frede Chevrolet in Clear Lake. I felt like ever since I bought the car that the tire/ road noise is louder than the Santa Fe I used to drive, but I thought it was due to the fact that the Accent's a smaller car, smaller tires, a hatchback etc.

I went in two weeks ago to get the oil changed for the first time since purchase, and also wanted the tires balanced and rotated (It was at an NTB). I wasn't prepared for what the tire tech had to say and show me. (I remember when I went to look at the car and test drive it, I mentioned to the car salesman that it looked like it needed new tires. He said something to the effect that the tires were good for a long time. Well... Not exactly.)

The front and rear driver side tires were horribly out of whack in terms of balance and the wear pattern. I saw and felt the bad wear on the tread of both tires with my hand when the car was in the lift... The NTB tire tech said that the severity of the wear had already started when I bought the car, as the tires wouldn't be this bad after only 2 - 3 months of my owning the car. He said that the tires had probably not been balanced or rotated much, if ever. Yikes!

So, I emailed my predicament to the General Manager of Frede Chevrolet (Joan McKinney), told her firmly that having to buy new tires after only 3 months of ownership was unacceptable (even if it was a used car) and politely asked what could be done to make things better... to my surprise, she emailed back saying they would call me that Monday and would take care of it. I had my appointment yesterday to see about the tires, not sure what to expect.

The Frede Chevy service tech, Amanda B., looked at the tires and after talking to the Service Manager, told me to have a seat in the waiting room while they put on a new set of tires... that's right folks, a *car dealership* gave me four brand new tires for FREE. And they are good quality tires too.

WOW!!! About an hour and half later, I was on my way home with four new balanced tires!

FIVE STARS to this Chevrolet dealership. I enjoyed and was 110% satisfied with my experience at Norman Frede. From the time I booked my service appointment over the phone to when I brought in my Suburban and picked it up after the work was performed, the staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They answered all the concerns I had and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle. Thanks for everything guys!!

Horrible experience. Was involved in a pretty serious collision in my 2002 Wrangler. The insurance company directed me to this shop. Initial estimate was for almost $6000 worth of work. They agreed to start work on Jan 30. After calling ever week for 4 weeks and being told that it would be done within a week they magically found that the frame was bent. The failed to communicate this to the insurance company for over another week. Due to this I was charged for a rental that was not my responsibility, have spent countless hours on the phone with the insurance comapny and have waited for many call backs from Norman Frede that never happen. This is the most unprofessional repair facility that I have ever delt with. I may be able to speak about the quality of their work if I ever get my Jeep back as it is Mar. 17 and counting.

We had body work done on our Chrysler Van at Norman Frede Collision Repair. The work was done right the first time and ready when promised. You can't beat that.

I had to have a new key made for my Suburban. I did not have the code, so before I paid for the guys there to look it up, they told me how to obtain the info for it for free. They also told me how to program it without having to pay extra for them to do it.
