I've been coming here every time I get a new car and want to upgrade my stereo system. They do a great job and always have very competitive prices. I can highly recommend them to anyone.

Long time customer of this shop, been going there for 16 years. I always say you get what you pay for, but the service recieved here is double the cost. I have not ever heard a bad review directly from someone i have sent over, so I wonder where these people who write bad things work at...I have personally sent at least 50 people over the years to see them.

I am old fashioned and still like to go the a store over internet sales. It's the service after the sale that counts. I needed a sub amp to complete my install which they had at a reasonable price. Nothing super cheap like ebay but it wasn't msrp by a long shot.

I spoke to both the owner and I believe Rob who helped me with my purchase. I am a DIY and knew what I wanted. They helped me with no hassles. I came back and had toget what I thought was another amp for my 4 channel that I was having problems with output on one side. Turns out my crossover for one component set fried and the JL HD 600/4 was in bridged mode and forwards all sound to the function side regardless or fader sending input to left or right. I didn't know this and bought another HD600/4 thinking it was the amp. They had no problems selling me another and tried to give me a discount on my supposedly bad amp (beats getting nothing back and I didn't even ask for this as I figure when you work on things yourself you pay for your mistakes if that is what it is.

I called the shop up and had Rob answer and he genuinely sounded concerned and seems I should be able to return the 600/4 amp I bought and will be looking at a new speaker set. The willingness to work with a customer shows. As an enthusiast it is nice to meet store owners who will work with you like this as they are few and far between.

I do not think they are the cheapest in town but they are not the most expensive and they have good service when you are there in person.

What great service! Me and my dad went there a couple of weeks ago to buy a navigation system for my car. it took roughly an hour and a half but i was completely satisfied with what they did. they were so patient and polite with me.definitely aimed to make sure i was comfortable with the job and served me at a price i can afford. i would definitely recommend this to people who want good prices and excellent work.very courteous people who i would definitely want to work with again!

i dont know what some people are saying about bad services, My family has been using houston car stereo for 22 years and all there work has been exelent and compared to any other places there prices are amazing, you cannot find any other place in houston that does as good work as they do. i would deffintly recomend them and i have recomended them to many of my friends

i like what they did to my car. it was good. but there are things i don't like about them. i brought my car there clean and no damage. it took them two weeks to finish it and problems keep poping up. first my car was very dusty when i got it back. they did even have time to clean the interior. secondly there are to many scratches inside maybe that where they cut the wires. untile now my cd changer still nit working. i tried to call and no one answer. i spend almost 3g for the customize installation this is just for the custom bax and mounting the screen that i have. i have my speakers and amps and capacitor. all they did was to build a box for it. all they pu it the wood, wires a battery. and it cost me that much.

I think this is probebly the best car stereo shop in town, they do good work. they have good prices. they dont try to oversell you. i personally wouldnt go anywere but here

there very good there salespeople are really nice i think his name was mohamed. hes very nice hell give you good prices and they do very good work on installation. they do good on custom work . they also offer warrenty
for everything they see thats good service

these people are the best car stereo shops ever. there prices are very good and they will always try to help you out. they carry many different name brands so you have many choices to choose from when u go.

Fairly well priced parts and labor. Good and speedy service when they are not too busy with other customers. They do try to make deals with you, so its just not a set price on anything.

My husband and I went here to look for a new stereo system for his car. He found one that he really liked and bought the speakers to go with it. The price was excellent and the brand of the stereo was an excellent brand. We were very satisfied with the price and the item. The place was clean. The people were nice and the place was just awsome looking on the inside.
