Wow! A city inside a city...tons to see...miles to walk - dress comfortably. Compares with Pecan Park in Jacksonville, FL or Anderson Jockey Lot in SC.

I bought 2 beagle puppies on Mother's day 2009. At home, I started notice they are stink and I give them a bath with Zodiac brand name( including oatmeal) hours later they are stink as the chemical in the hair colo dyeing. One of the Beagle started vonmit and have diarreah. The next day, I took them to Petsmart and paid $33.00 for puppy medication bath. Half a day later they are stink again. Those nice people at Petsmart advised me to take them to Vet ASAP. My Vet's bill is closed to $300.00 for anti-biotic, anti hookworms and Flea prevention. Today on the third day, after 2 baths, the color of the ears and the color of their heads starts to fade from black to a wash-out black and brown. The Beagles ate still smell " chemical" but not quite offensive as before. I should have dispute my Visa transaction but it is not worth my time. DO NOT, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE PUPPY FROM THESE GUYS. IT IS UNETHICAL AND INHUMAN TO TREAT THESE PUPPIES THIS WAY TO MAKE A LIVING.

Pros: Nice place to walk around and buy cheap stuff

Cons: UNHEALTHY PUPPY AND UNETHICAL SELLERS

I SAY DON'T BUY ANYTHING THAT IS ALIVE DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY BOYFRIEND AND I BOUGHT A VERY CUTE, ADORABLE BABY PUPPY FROM THIS PLACE ON A SUNDAY AND WE WERE BURING IT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE WHO JUST WANTED A PUPPY IN OUR HOME TO LOVE AND CHERISH AND WE HAVE BEEN DESTROYED EVER SINCE. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOU AND ALL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT IS ALIVE FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WATCH IT DIE.

I love this place. The shopping is great and and the merchandise is inexpensive. I feel safe when shopping, unlike at the other flea markets in town. And, there is always a festival or concert going on... It's just a fun place to go on weekends.

Traders Village does charge an entry fee, but its all worth it imho. The market is spread over a huge area, and there are permanent stores on the perimeter and a few sheds where people set up temporary stores for the day. There is a huge variety of items, new and used at bargain prices. Plan to spend atleast half a day here to check out all the stores.

Wow!! this is a place to be if you are a bargain shopper. Hundreds of people selling all sorts of stuff. The place also has a carnival feel to it and it is a wonderful place to spend the weekend. There are rides, hot dogs and music shows and santas in decemeber. the best time to hit this place is spring. In summer, heat exhaustion is very common.

Get your comfortable shoes on, because you will be walking. This is a big flea market, where you can find all kinds of deals. Just be prepared to look for them. They have antiques, comics, you can buy a dog. Lots of places to eat carnival type food, funnel cakes, sausage on a stick. In the summer there is a free concert series which could be fun. Look for the concerts on the expo stage. It costs 2.00 to get into traders village, pretty good deal.

Traders Village is a large outdoor flea market. IF you are into the commerical items, then you will find those there, but if you are looking for the garage sale things, you will need to walk all the way to the back. The back part you can spend hours there. They do have kiddie rides the children, that reasonable. The prices for food and drinks are a little outrageous, so bring a cooler with bottle water or sodas. The restrooms are somewhat clean, so try to go before you get there, or if you get there in the morning don't be scared to use them. The prices at Trader's Village vary. You might want to comparison shop. My husband and I love to go there. Some weekends, they have entertainment and cars shows. Great for everyone in the family.

I finally made it out to Traders Village this past weekend! What a find! From puppies to tires and everything in between this place has it all! Not your standard "yard-sale" type flea market. It is more of a indoor/outdoor bargain hunt. We had a good time looking through all the stores and wares, searching for bargains. Definitely take the family as there is something for everyone. Parking is 2$. No other charges to get in. There is a huge parking lot, be prepared to walk.

Traders Village is open every Saturday and Sunday year-round, so you can go there when you like. They have so many that this is a bargain-seeker's dream. They have many other attractions, like kiddie rides, an RV Park (which includes a swimming pool). The admission is free so you can't beat that. Located on N. Eldridge off Hwy. 290. Parking is $2 per car. The only thing that can spoil the day is the weather being way too hot.

This flea market demands a day's worth of walking -- it's HUGE! They have something for everyone, and it is a nice day out for a family. My husband and I enjoy wandering around, looking at all the goodies. If it starts to rain, they have more shops that are indoors, which provides a good dry place for a while. It's almost like going to a carnival with all the yummy foods they have, like fresh-made kettle corn. This is definitely a place to spend an entire day.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Traders Village. It's a great place for families or anyone to come to on the weekends. Huge outdoor place with more permanent stores (look kind of like storage lockers) and places where anyone can set up a table and sell anything they desire. We bought a dog here once and they have good breeders you can buy pets from. There's good food, a few rides, and a stage where there's usually concerts and events.

Traders Village is a nice outdoor flea market. There are new things as well as used items. You can find anything from furniture to puppys. Toys are also easy to find. If the weather is nice.
