Goode Company BBQ

When I think barbecue I can not think about any other place but Goode Co. I like the one on I-10.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Placed a "to go" order at the counter, which is standard operation up there. It took about 10 minutes. I proceeded to check-out at the cashier, and the Goode Co employee was placing "to go" orders for walk in customers

If you want the real thing, this isnt for you. The meat is dry and tough as if it were cooked fast. Anyone that knows bbq understans you gotta cook it slow. Sauce was horrible and sides were nothing big, lacked in flavor.

The barbeque sauce at Goode Company is awesome. It could make wood taste good! It's tough to find a good table indoors, so go on a pretty day, or off-peak hours.
