The product was fantastic as you would expect, but the employee professionalism SEVERELY lacked! Three employees openly complained aloud while we happily searched for the perfect fabric! I found this disturbing, when I choose a place as prestigious as Ethan Allen...shame on you loud sweat girl with your very brash mouth!!!

Superior quality furniture for the $$$. Was pleased that most items are still made in USA!! All the choices are awsome.

Outstanding quality and great service. I'm writing this because I purchased several items from Ethan Allen three years ago and several pieces from two other furniture stores in Bellevue. Three years later the Ethan Allen items have held up well while the other items are already falling apart. What's worse is the level of service I've received from the others has been quite poor while Ethan Allen had been superior. I'm now decorating our new home and this time I'm using Ethan allen 100%. I'm also useing their decorator service, which has been a wonderful experience. I'm a fan for life!

Worth the wait!! Ordered custom sofa, two chairs, tables, rug, artwork and lamps. The designers put it all together and it was so much better than I could have done on my own! My room is georgous and the wait was really no big deal. Good quality for the price - I have paid much more for lower quality. Follow-up and service was top-notch. I rarely write reviews but this was a great experience!!!

Our experience with Ethan Allen has been extremely positive. Excellent products and service, i would reccomend.

The designers came to our home and did an evaluation at no charge. they did a powerpoint presentation of their recomendations and respected out style and budget. I have never used a decorator before and I will always buy this way in the future.

Loren is our Interior Designer and we are thrilled with the rooms that she did for us. We used another Designer from the Design Center down town and Loren did a much better job with better quality furniture and a more complete design. The best part-no hourly design fee, this saved us thousands of dollars. We will absolutely return and recommend!

We bought 2 very modern upholstered recliners from Ethan Allen. Total Cost over $3,000. The buying experience was great. The chairs arrived looking like the old grandpa recliners that get sold everywhere. The upholstery was bunching and badly sewn. Ethan Allen said they would fix the seats. Four months later returned to us but still not at all right. Chairs were picked up and another effort was made to fix them. The chairs were finally returned to us but "fixed" just as badly as the first effort and perhaps worse. The stuffing is lop-sided, the stitching not like the showroom model. I am giving up, but thinking of taking them to small-claims court. I cannot believe that they sell shoddy furniture like this when the workmanship in the showroom is beautiful. Perhaps the people who make the showroom furniture are not the ones who build the furniture that they really sell. I would not recommend them.
