It costs more, but the service received can't be beat. Incredible return policy, clean and organized, and people waiting to serve you can easily be found. If you want to be pampered, go to Nordy's.

The Nordstrom store at Southcenter always has great customer service. Every department is helpful. If they don't have what you want in your size or color they are always willing to make the extra effort to find it else where.

Nordstrom at Southcenter is great because of its customer service. Lynn Mahlum is an amazing salesperson that takes exceptional care of her customers. The entire store is friendly and helpful. Great place to shop.

While the Southcenter Nordstrom is not as grand as the Bellevue or Seattle store, and the selection is not as vast, the same quality and customer service prevails. I especially like the customer service department. I have to order shoes online (small feet) and they are great when I come in and have to return.
