Sunset Materials

I have been in the landscaping field for over 10 years and I have done business with many companies over the years. The first time that I used Sunset, I was very pleased. Their customer service is outstanding, as well as their knowledge about all kinds of products. Rockery rock is one of their specialties and many people are confused about what size to get, but Sunset has always made this easier for the customer because they are VERY thorough with their explaination of this prduct. I will always recommend them. ALWAYS!!! Thanks for everything, Sunset!!

Cons: Ummmm...none!!!

Everyone was so knowledgeable. I came in and didn't understand that 2 men rock, couldn't be lifted by 2 men...Paula explained to me that I actually wanted 1/2 man rock. When the people delivered it, they made sure to drop it exactly where we asked, and were right on time.

Pros: The best customer service

Cons: That they do not have a location closer to me!!! :)

Would not recommend this place. They took down and delivered an incorrect order. Refused to adjust the bill, and showed up two hours past quoted window.
