I have the chance to work at this studio a few days a week and in exchange receive free unlimited yoga. The experience has been wonderful. The staff there are extremely welcoming and open. I have enjoyed every class, particularly because the studio never gets too crowded and each person has the freedom to adapt the poses to their comfort level. Also situated near Greenlake, where you can pop in for a class after a short run!

Pros: Cozy venue, multiple classes
I have taken many different classes with various teachers at Yogalife in Greenlake. I have enjoyed all of the different teaching styles and classes I have taken there. It's a great place to go to a yoga class after a run or walk around the lake!
4My husband and I took a yoga nidra series at Yogalife in Greenlake. Laura was a great teacher and gave a lesson on yoga nidra at the start of each class that was really helpful. We've continued our practice at home and found that it really helps us manage our stress.
4No yoga to discuss, only one of the best massages I ever had...Karen of Prana Massage located at Yogalife. Highly recommend her...specializes in Thai Yoga Massage, hot stone therapy and energy work. Book her now...she is going to have a wait list a mile long!
