Madison Park Hardware may be small, but it makes up for it by supplying a wealth of useful tools and supplies (as well as dishes and toys). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a family business, and it has a family feel to it. It also beats driving out to one of the big warehouse stores for city dwellers. It's the only hardware store I go to just for fun.
PROS: excellent stock
CONS: doesn't have 10 acres of light fixtures like Home Depot

Madison Park Hardware is a blast from the past. It wasnt that long ago that hardware stores were smaller and carried much more than tools and wood and heres a place where this is still the case today. You can find a selection of cool kids toys, as well as all the common hardware needs a person might have. A larger project may have you driving down to Home Depot, but for the smaller ones, head here its a lot of fun.
