Worthen Jones Associates staff and services are the BEST in Professional Tax Services available in my opnion. I have worked with many tax services over my years and Worthen Jones Associates and their team are true tax specialists, they are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and the best with individual and business tax services. I have been a client since 1998 and will never go elsewhere for my tax service. I give and share with ALL my highest of recomendations to Worthen Jones Associates.

I haven't been able to get my taxes done on time for many years and I agree with the "being held hostage" feeling. After reading some of the positive reviews what I want to know is...How do I get on the "A" list? It appears as though some people do get good service from Worthen Jones. I'm guessing I'm on the "D" list. I will be finding a new accountant this year after we free our taxes from the hostage situation. BTW, we had our information to them in February and after many broken promises it's October and we still don't have our taxes done...again.

My husband and I have been using Worthen Jones Assoc for over ten years. My husband has been using them for over 20 years. We continue to be impressed by their level of knowledge, high ethical standards and willingness to serve. We have recommended them to friends and colleagues who also have received a high level of service. We strongly recommend Worthen Jones.

I have been trying to get my taxes done FOR YEARS. It's just one excuse after another. Almost feels like being held hostage. I'm afraid to go anywhere else now since I really have no idea how much damage they have caused. it is hard to beleive that they cannot be held liable for this type of behavior. My understanding is that they have no real liability as a "tax preparer". I have spoken with other clients of Worthen Jones in the same boat. Maybe we should get together?

Wow I can't disagree more with the reviews posted so far! - I've used Helen for about 15 years, and have had only positive experiences with her. I've recommended her to friends and family who have all switched to Helen. She (or office staff) return all my calls/emails within a day, and I can't say enough positive things about her character, attitude, personality, and work with us. Make an appointment and judge for yourself!

because of being very very agressive with the low amount on what i had to pay in, i ended up getting audited for 5 years and recieved zero help from her on getting the IRS straightend out!! no return calls, no return emails, she just left me hanging to fend for myself against the IRS!

outrageously negligent and unresponsive. will not return calls or reply to communication. grossly pragmatic and damage control oriented. know of several other clients with backtaxes owed. this outfit is a scam.

Used these guys for a few yearss nd never hd a problem. Now they won't answer my calls. Never got my taxes done. had to pay someone else after waiting for a year. A friend of mine recomended them. Can't do the same.
