We've used Bob's twice now - both times for the county's requirement for an annual inspection of our tank and this last time to pump the tank. The prior owners of our home recommended Bob's to us for our septic needs. They still had this home on record and knew exactly where the opening to the tank was.
I was impressed at the speed and efficiency he competed the job. He even gave me a few pointers on caring for it since I had never had experience with owning a septic tank. It's obvious they really care about their customers.
