My burger was dry and overcooked and the salad was wilted and sad! The worst part was the snotty waitress did not seem to be concerned or have a solution? This difference between this location and Auburn is night and day! Stay out of

After my third bad experience at this Red Robin I had to speek out! Poorly cooked (burnt) Fish with a metallic taste. When I asked to return it all I got was a BAD attitude!

I always love going to Red Robin! Sometimes there is a wait, but that's just because the food and atmosphere is so good. I went for my birthday and they sang to me, gave me a free sundae, and balloons. Family fun party atmosphere.

I've been to Red Robin in Federal Way and always had a good experieince. The food is really good, as well as the drinks. The staff is very friendly and professional. The place is clean and has a fun atmosphere. Definately worth checking out!
