Salon CTI And Day Spa

Christopher is BEYOND AMAZING. I've been getting my hair cut and colored for years at many different salons and he is by far the best hairstylist I've ever had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a cut or color. His attention and dedication to detail is great and he has the most extensive knowledge of haircare and treatment that I've ever experienced.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO CTI FOR OVER A YEAR... I LOVE EMMA SHE IS VERY OUTGOING AND CAN DO MY HAIR IN ANY HAIR STYLE. I HAVE VERY CURLY HAIR AND LOVE TO WEAR IT SHORT... AND FOR 28YRS I HAVE TOLD THAT MY HAIR IS TO CURLY FOR THAT.... BUT I WENT TO EMMA AND I HAVE SHORT HAIR AND ABSULUTE LOVE IT....i love the amspere and ppl....

Two of us went to this salon for a girl's day out. This was our first experience to go to a salon and I had found this one through an internet search and decided to try it. The staff was friendly and the services were good. The problem happened when I went to pay. I knew it was going to be expensive but was shocked when the lady told me the price. I questioned the bill but she said it adds up so I paid the bill. I never received an itemized receipt so I had to take her word on the price. I felt something wasn't right and kept going over in my head what we had done. A couple days later I sent CTI an e-mail asking them to send me and itemized receipt that I thought they overcharged me. They responded quickly and told me that they did overcharge me and would credit my card. Three weeks later, I still had no credit so I sent another e-mail. Finally, I received a credit on my card and also a receipt in the mail. After looking over the receipt, not only did they double charge me for an item, they charged me for something I didn't even buy. In all, by the time I was done, it came to $51.00 plus tax that they overcharged me. It makes me wonder how many people they do this to? Beware and make them give you a receipt. That was our first and last time going to CTI.

I needed a Professional Aesthetician to help me clear up a bad acne outbreak on a Saturday...I was able to get in the same day and received outstanding service by Courtney--she has been there 8 years and knew her stuff--she was both caring and honest with my personal skin dilemma! Thanks!

I started going here about a year ago. Yes, its expensive!!!!
I tried other places and was disappointed with the repeated service.
My recommendation of this Salon is YOU MUST TRY IT! excellent!

This spa is a combination of hair care on one side of the building and spa services (nail care, massages, facials) on the other. The massage rooms have perfect ambiance -- low lighting, warm tables, and soothing music. The technicians are well-trained and friendly. I wish I could go every day!
