Sam's Club

We shop Sams often, and my husband and I were in your store last Thursday and bought a bookcase in the office supply department. Because it was on an upper shelf and there was no one available in that department, we could not get it down nor load it. A young lady whose name is Sharonda happened to be at the service desk (not customer service - but the one behind the checkers) and was so helpful in getting someone to help us. After a few pages, she summoned a manager from the front named Don (equally helpful), and they took care of our problem. When we checked out Sharonda was back at her check out counter and was so pleasant. When we got to our truck with the bookcase, a young man named Josh came and helped us load. Persons like these three make it nice doing business at Sams.

I love Walmart so Sams Club is obviously awesome to me too. I like to get my bread and milk here because it is usually a lot cheaper than the grocery stores. Sometimes I get gas here too.
