I live at the Beverly Hills location apartments going on 4 wonderful years. They are great!! I have no complains. The owner is wonderful Bob and the company Eberly are all very kind and professional especially Norma. Thank you!!!

After three years as a tenant of the 1409 N. Alta Vista building I would say overall experience has been pleasant and accommodating. Kevin and Jason are extremely professional and polite and are always quick to respond when we reach out.

We had been having issues with our oven periodically over the past few months and recently had put in another request to have the kinob fixed. A few days later we came home to a brand new oven, it was a wonderful surprise and great to know that the Eberly Company is truly looking out for the safety and satisfaction of their tenants.

I recently notified the Eberly Company that my bathtub was leaking and probably needed some work done. I called Laura and she promised to take care of it right away. Laura from the Eberly company is always very efficient in resolving any problems or needs in my apartment. She made sure that the tub was resurfaced and the leak was fixed in a very timely and professional manner.
I appreciate how Laura takes the necessary steps to take care of anything that arises as soon as we make her aware of it. Truly a AAA company. Was very good and the rep who performed the job was very good and id an excellent job resurfacing my tub.

The Eberly company manages my property on Market Street in Los Angeles. They set up direct deposit for two different dates, assist with providing market rate rent figures, as well as the other duties of managing my property. In short, I am very pleased.

I am a tenant at 4427 Murietta ave in Sherman Oaks Ca 91423. I have lived here for 4 years now and totally enjoy this building, It has a very well maintained solar heated swimming pool. The only one on the block. The maintenance and management are fantastic. If I ever move I Will go on Eberly Companys web page and find my next apartment there.

The Eberly Company had it replaced less then 24hrs after I had informed them that my AC was not working.

I just experienced an apartment miracle! You usually hear about landlords ripping you off and not fixing things. The Eberly Company is not that company! On Friday evening I heard a popping sound under my kitchen sink, and hot water came flooding out, flooding my kitchen, and even into the living room. I called the emergency number and Chuck Eberly himself called me back within 5 minutes. Within the hour I had a plumber at my door, fixing the problem, and then a half hour after that a guy came to clean up the mess and dry out the cabinets and the carpet. The fast response definitely saved the kitchen from mold. And now, bright and early this morning, someone from Eberly knocked on my door to finish the repairs and make sure everything was fixed. Thanks Eberly!

I resided at The Eberly Companys Studio City property at 4243 Mary Ellen Avenue Studio City, CA 91604 for nearly three years. This property is your typical "eye candy" version: good looking outside but cheap-built, odd-shaped inside. This

I lived in an apartment owned by The Eberly Company of Beverly Hills. This apartment was subpar considering the outrageous amount of money I was paying, but I had no other choice because I moved from another state and I needed an apartment close to work. I lived in the same unit for 27 months and the experience I have had with the Eberly Company has been the most horrible one of my whole life.

First of all, they didn't give me my deposit back because they claim that the carpet was damaged, but they ignored the fact that the whole building was had R A T S bigger than cats. I reported, we reported (with other tenants) this several times to the management but they turned a deaf ear. Those animals destroyed part of the carpet and we, tenants, had to pay astronomical amounts of money for the extermination.

It was a living nightmare for months, the roditors even destroyed the doors. The swimming pool was closed three times because of poor hygenical conditions. You couldn't sleep with the windows open because the trash cans were emptied once in a blue moon and all the garbage got R Ott EN. It was a very unsafe place as even homeless use to hang out nearby.

They advertised a specific cable company and they took a percentage out of it.

All in all, that was the worst place to live and they sell it like it's a luxurious apartment complex. Beware. They have a building called Courtyard on Whitsett Avenue in North Hollywood. They won't tell you that there are R O Aches, R At S, the swimming pool can't be used because of hygiene or lack thereof.

The Eberly Company ~ These people have no business being in the property management business. I currently reside at one of their so called maintained properties.They will fix nothing but will raise your rent if you complain. Units are overrun with cockroaches & rats. Repairs are never made. I would not recommend this company to manage an ant farm!
