i would never go see jessica again. she did a keratin which after doing research about the treatment turned out not to be the keratin treatment at all burned my scalp and hair had dandruff for months afterwards and she did not even tell me about the hair that burned off until i saw it growing back it was not in chunks so i couldnt tell and my hair felt thinner but i thought it was because the frizz and curls were gone. it was pin straight like that japanese straightening treatment. I feel very deceived. unprofessional and rude once I asked about it including cussing. I cant believe that after you pay someone for their service that this would be the behavior
