I have been going here for several months. They are heads and shoulders way above Curves or anyone else. They give you so much more for your money! Besides the hydraulics, they are always getting new machines and showing you new stretches and new strengthening exercises on the mats. And everyone is so friendly. It's like a girl's club, a very relaxed atmosphere.
PROS: REASONABLE, GOOD ATTITUDE
CONS: NONE
