I recently went back to college after almost 10 years and I really enjoy the on line classes at Montgomery County Community College. They have helped so much, especially with everyone's business schedule. The on line class instructors are very helpful and my classmates understand just how business I am, because they're business too. I'm really enjoying returning back to college especially with the on line options.

i am a sophomere in MC3 and i think it rocks. it has great teachers and awesome campus. the teachers are very helpful and i know that some of teh classes are challenging but hey you cant expect spoon feeding in college. the security is very good and the parking places are wide enough. the best part of it is that the tuitions and fees are rational enough and the library is great too. in all the school is great.....
PROS: tuitions are low, great teaches, great security, u can get job in the schoo
CONS: does not provide bechelors degree

A very techonogically advanced institution. Montgomery County Community College is on the cutting edge as far as using the techonology available to teach their students. There on line courses are the best around

My son just enrolled in Montco and from the very start I'm impressed. I had the opportunity to be on campus now three times in the past several weeks. Nice campus, very well orgainized book store, with even an online store. Great at making newcoming students welcome and familiar with the campus. And who can beat the tuition!!!

I have taken on-line as well as classroom classes through MCCC. I think the on-line classes I took were set-up fairly and provided the same education as classroom in the comfort of my home. I was also able to pace and complete projects at my own pace. These are not for those who are not motivated or procrastinate. The things I liked so much about MCCC was really the tutoring center. For someone weak in certain subjects, this gave me piece of mind that help was available. They had tutoring sessions, workshops, etc. Also, had times were you could just drop in if a problem arose. For on-line classes you could get help on-line!!!
PROS: on-line classes, tutoring, lot of extra activities
CONS: not enough computers to complete course work, labs crowded

This is the only college I ever attended so I am not sure really how it would stack up with any other college. When I went they were cheaper than Buck Co., but Bucks seem to offer a wider array of classes. As with any school, I had some really great teachers and some really horrible ones. ..but I obviously can't tell you who not to take here. I would advise going in the thick of sign-up and asking around. Bookstore is way way overpriced.
